Labor intensive to grind the denim on that fly.
No double meaning either

i wouldnt know :P

the guy's version.
I like'em both. The differences are subtle, even though that distressing on the fly sticks out like a sore thumb. The chicks jeans are better hands down.

one more note.

my pictures are a good example of two jeans with the SAME denim color yet when taken even at similar time, looks slightly different =p

wow, aipume, seems a lot of people are really interested in your goods. i bet you didn't expect this kind of excited reaction from everyone!

so, how are you leaning now--girls or guys?

haha i can assure everyone that "my goods" dont manifest themselves in any shape or form out of my pants. translation: you guys are OVERanalyzing :P

im leaning towards the girls because that picture of the guy jeans is a tad over realistic or too good to be true. in reality, the guy jeans dont look that structurally nice on a day to day basis. on the contrary, the girl ones do retain a shape similar to the picture i showed above. if the guy jeans did look like that everytime i wore them then i would keep them but problem is i actually took sometime to pull the fabric so it had that "look" when i took the picture. so yes there was "some" photo setup =p

Good choice! That was my vote, for the girls version. You've got the physique to pull 'em off (ooh, that's a bit of double entendre)!
i personally like the male version better. i like the color better and i think it fits better. the girl version seems to go up the butt too much. if only that white mark wasn't on the crotch....
the girls ones make your legs look fatter, no offense, and plus i could never imagine wearing womens jeans, with the higher crotch, if you sit down and things shift in the wrong place OUCH... i would keep the mens, if you really dont like the zipper distressing go to it with a sharpie haha

oh i owned like 4 TR women jeans before. they definitely dont have that effect although i know what you mean by that (my denim gallery Rames do that sometimes). TR girl jeans are probably one of the easiest girl jeans for guys to wear imo.

the backpocket details are a little more feminine but i think i can pull it off cause im not exactly a super macho person by personality. i mean i worked for Bobbi Brown so :P and no, im not gay.

i just know the TR males are gonna stretch like crazy and start look like they have huge baggy thighs with tapered legs, while the girls stretching only helps if anything.

im very conscience of having the flare there...thats probably the biggest factor for me choosing the girl over the guys. once you hem the guys, the flare is like gone unless you wear super flat leather shoes.

What What! I don't see any balls. Man you have good eyes, or they are too small for me to see. Snicker had to say that.

OH He looks taller in the guys jeans.

thats because the photo itself is propped up higher.

go for the guys jeans, they are better equipped for the male... uhh... parts, plus they make youre legs look skinnier, i still dont really get the whole dudes in girls jeans thing but.... wear the dudes,

actually the girls make my legs look skinnier objectively speaking cause they are more tight on the thighs and have a bigger flare. the mens are more baggy per say.
but the guys, in thier bagginess, disguise some of the leg making it look skinnier, in the girls, nothing is left to the imagination for lack of a better phrase because its so tight, it looks like a womens jean

actually my x rotuck Diesels (guy jeans) fit tigher on the thigh than these joeys. i think True Religions are fundamentally not that tight. the cut is very American, per say a more elegant American cut...but nonetheless, its hardly European.

im actually speaking based on me looking at myself in the mirror for awhile with both jeans on.

again the photos can be misleading for the following photographic and practical reasons:

1) i didnt take enough time to set my jeans in correctly or how i would wear them. had no belt on for example. and i just slipped them on, not adjusting my boxers or anything so they could have crumbled up and given this wrong illusion

2) the male photo used a longer range angle while the female used a wide angle. as far as im aware, the longer range gives a longditudinal disortion while the wide angle gives a lateral disortion. translation: the guys look thinner and th girls look fatter.

3) the image cropping. the guys was done with more open space which gives the illusion of thinner frame, while the girls was essentially cropped as close as possible which makes the frame pretty full and thus giving the illusion that it looks wide.

i hope i dont seem like im bias towards the girls (although i probably am), but the pictures arent the greatest of indications, thats why i hope if someone wants gleen any information about the girl vs guy jeans, they should ALSO read what i wrote down carefully cause i try to be as descriptive as possible and i think you would find the description more meaningful in some aspects.

the girls leg area look better and smoother than the mens. To me the back look the same. Keep the girls and buy more girls jeans

OK...You want the girls jeans. Who are you trying to convince, us or yourself? You have already made up your mind right?
