Christine, you're silly! You look great!! But if you do want to lose weight there's lots of little things you can do to help get you started...after I had Addison I really wanted to fit into my pants again...lol. I walk about 1/2 hour every day, and that helps. Also, making sure you're eating enough protein is really important. I boil a carton of eggs a week and eat one or two every morning. Taking things like salad dressing out of your diet can help, too. I will get/make a big salad with grilled chicken, mixed field greens (or whatver kind of lettuce you like, but iceburg has NO nutritional value at all- it's good to have color in your salad!) carrots, avacados, pecans or sunflower seeds, and oil and basalmic vinegar. Basically, I try to eat something high in protein every time I eat- it helps me to stay full longer. I also eat about 6 small meals a day, little snacks- yogurt, salad, pasta...etc.
Everything in moderation, honey! lol. The little stuff adds up, so it's really just about paying attention to what you eat and keeping balance. Remember, it takes about 6 weeks to make or break a habit, so it's important to stick with it. Eventually you won't have a second thought about what you eat!
