weight loss and diet

I have gained a lot of weight during the past year, and I want to lose some...

thing is, last year I was a lot skinnier, after a lot of excerise etc etc. but my booobs were also a lot smaller after losing so much weight

I want to lose weight this time without losing any chest......

any suggestion ladies?!?!?

There is really no way to loose only in certain spots. If you know your way around the kitchen I recommend The Sonoma Diet. I have lost a good bit of weight on it.

Not going to happen.

Boobs are the first to go since it contributes the least to your reproductive organs. That's why it is soooooo hard to lose belly fat since it insulates and protects your uterus and ovaries. Also thighs and butt are pretty hard to lose weight.

You can get implants like my friend did She runs like 3 mi/6x a week. She is still a D or DD.

i've thought about implants... but seems really really scary..

then I though about liposuction...... it seems more plausible at this point... but still its surgery, and does it leave scars??

Lipo is SCARY!! Oh my god!! I am not a squeamish person but that just freaks me out. It's like that beaut you with that thing!

Implants leave minor scarring but they try to go through your armpits so it is not noticeable. Ask Billy Goat, she upgraded her girls recently =)

It leaves tiny scars but also depends on your skin.

I read apparently lipo isnt really any good especialy if you are not fat because it doesnt work, ive read loads of articles where people have said its a waste of money and they cant hardly see a result and apparently it hurts looooaaaads after, especialy if you have it done in your thighs.

But yeh i dont think there is a way to keep your boobs bigger, i guess just try the diet and excersize and see how they end up. I never lost that much from mine, They were an E but they have only gone down to a DD or D so thats not too bad.

I am not trying to call anyone out, but it seems like society as a whole jumps on the cosmetic surgery bandwagon even before other options have been tried.

Excersise and proper diet can work wonders

You can not spot reduce fat deposits, no matter what new type of fat burner ect comes out, it is scientificly impossible.

So if you loose fat, you will loose bust size, as your bust is really just fat and water.

A few questions and I can help you out

What is your current diet like?

What times do you eat and what do you eat?

Do you work out or have a fitness plan?

Are you currently taking any supplements?

I gained some weight when I started college and I've started a diet to get back to my younger years weight.

I've had good results with a low-carb diet and doing about an hour a day on the treadmill plus weights. You need to stick with it but the results will come quickly. I've also added a Clenbuterol/T3 cycle but that is probably unnecessarily, I am just running it to cut up.

I hear Yohimbine is good for targeting "problem areas."

1) my current diet is horrible, I liived on university residence for 8 months. eat fast food too much =(

2) I eat at random times, I TRY not to eat before I go to bed, but, sometimes the craving comes... *munch munch*

3) I stopped working out after I gained some weight, now I'm just too scared to run and lose my boobs, they are around a D, but when I was skinnier, I think can barely fill a C

4) and I dont take supplements right now, I know there's some thing like the apple-cider supplements thats suppose to help you lose weight..... I have those... but i dont knoww if I should try them... lol

You need to actually put forth effort if you want to lose weight.

Guys aren't going to go for a fat girl just because they have big breasts. Although, a certain group does but I'm not allowed to say. Trust me, you'll get more attention as a slimmer girl with a C.

Most of those are a waste of money. ECA would help.

A C cup is not small!

Seriously, if you know you are not eating healthily, it is time to learn to treat your body with the respect it deserves. If you've been eating crappy caf food, it won't take long for the weight to drop off if you go back to eating a healthy diet. I'd also be very happy to help you work one out (I have a degree in Life Sciences, so I've taken advanced human nutrition, etc.)

Exercising is also very important. This isn't even just for weight loss, but for general health. Besides, bodies with muscle are way hotter naked.

If you just need to lose the freshman 15, I wouldn't even bother with any supplements. Everyone I know who gained it lost it after going back to their old eating habits and exercise, no supplements needed.

ETA: You are not fat for the record. I think it's great if you want to get in shape, but it makes me incredibly sad to think that you are considering liposuction when there is absolutely no need, or that you would consider breast implants if you went down to a C or even a B cup (A B/C cup is normal and average on your size, and a B would be average if you lost a few I'd say). Your body is hot and it really does make me sad that you can't see it.

At least you know its horrible, thats a start

#1 STOP WITH THE FAST FOOD. Its what is commenyl reffered to as " empty calories". They will fill you up but you will get no real nutrition from them. If you must eat out, a sub, stir fry, teryakie ect are good choices

#2 NO CARBS AFTER 8:30 or so. If you must, have a low carb snack like flavoured rice cakes ( they taste exactly like chips) or Snackwells Thinsations in Oreo, Chocolate chip ect. They are low in carbs and only 100 calories in a single packet.

#3 Supplements will help, but deal with your eating first, as that will make a huge difference. Stop eating processed carbs ( white bread, ect) and switch to whole grains and brown breads/rices. Your insulin levels spike BIG TIME when you eat processed garbage and that adds to water retention and fat gain.

#4 Drink water like a fish. The more you drink, the less bloated you will be. Its a misconception that drinking too much water willmake you bloated.

Also, drinking cold water ups your metabolism and burns more calories, as your body ahs to work harder to maintain its temprature. And water helps to improve cell function and get rid of toxins in your body

Supplements is more of a generic term for all things related to improving your health. You can have weight loss supplements, calcium supplements ect.

Crunches will help add muscle, but you wont see it unless you drop your bodyfat percentage. And leaning out is %80 diet and %20 training, so work on what you eat.

If your looking into a fat burning supplemnt that wont make you feel like you drank 5 cups of expresso, Hydroxycut works rather well ( although I generaly hate muscletech supplements), I wouldnt bother with it until you work on your eating habits first.

CUTUP: I'm going to start a diet/exercise regimen to severely lose some weight next month. Aren't Hydroxycut and the rest of that genre of pills completely worthless now that Ephedra was banned (stupid FDA...)?

I dont know about the USA, but here its only banned in dosages greater then 7mg.

Its a shame, because for fat loss , an ECA stack ( effedrin, caffene, asprin) was an unbeleivable tool for loosing weight.

Those fat burners do work ( not anywhere near to the extent you see in the ads and testimonials though) but with proper diet, and excersise, they help noticibly with fat loss and keeping the energy level up when your working out in a low carb state.

I knew of a guy who did some poster work for a fat burner, and he was taking Clenbuterol, and DNP ( clen you need a script for and DNP is really dangerous) and he claimed it was the " Brand X" fat burner that did it for him.

Also, dieuretics are what make you very vascular and hard looking. And thats only loosing your surface water underneath your muscles, and it will return as soon as you stop taking them.

It is not banned in the USA. The ephedra fat burners were taken off the shelf; however, you can still buy Ephedrine HCL 25mg at the drug store such as Wal-Greens. It's with the sudaphed and stuff like that. You need to give 'em your license though, kinda sad.

Yeah, ECA is a pretty good supplement.

Lol. Well, Clen/T3 cycle can get you good results.

DNP is just dangerous, probably the most powerful and most dangerous fat burner known to man. You can get it off some BB Forums but you'll be sweating like crazy and all your fluids will be orange. It's not worth it. But you can burn like half a pound + of fat a day...

True true

Unfortunatly if you do too much T-3, your own thyroid will shut down, and considering DNP is measured in mcg dosages, its dangerous as hell and easy to overdose on.

The fever an overdose creates will literaly fry the persons brain

The harshest substances almost always generate the best results, I guess its a matter of how much do you value your life if you make a mistake

I'd like to lose weight and not die.
i swear by weight watchers. But you can follow the point system with diet and excercise without joining the program. I went with my mom (as her support system) when she wanted to lose weight, and i lost 13 pounds. if you have any questions, you can Pm me

Depends on the pills, Ephedra content, and other drugs that are in the pills. You can pretty much find anything online, so you could research and find a diet pill that still has (an illegal-albet effective) dose of ephedra. The main concern is if it a) works and b) how it effects you.

this is all imo based on research (not personal experience)

Diet pills effect everyone differently. The most common reaction is either that it didn't work, or it helped you to loose weight as long as you continued taking the pills. Once you get off them, many people regained the weight + more because their metabolism needs to readjust.

I am waiting until I plateau, then use diet pills to help me past the "hump" (ie my lowest weight range) so I can reach my goal.

Hoodia is a good alternative, research that, there are pills with everywhere from 50mg to 1000mg.

I lost 27 lbs since 1.5 years ago by exercising and changing my diet, and I take a dietary supplement + women's multi-vitamin from GNC.

I don't think I could've done it any other way! And I have to say by including exercise as part my lifestyle changed more than just my body.
Stress+no sleep = I lose about 5 pounds in 2-3 days like this. It's pretty crazy. Like I got up last week to shower and glanced in the mirror and saw ribs. It's ind of gross. My ribs are weird, like really flexible, so I could feel them shift when I sneezed. I almost thought a rib broke when I did. Nasty!

But I can gain it all back in just one sitting of shrimp + pasta
post #25 of 27
and perhaps you shouldn't look for weight loss in poundage... you may lose fat but gain weight in muscle and look fantastic (assuming you engage in what CUTUP advised, exercise and a healthy diet)!
