At least you know its horrible, thats a start
#1 STOP WITH THE FAST FOOD. Its what is commenyl reffered to as " empty calories". They will fill you up but you will get no real nutrition from them. If you must eat out, a sub, stir fry, teryakie ect are good choices
#2 NO CARBS AFTER 8:30 or so. If you must, have a low carb snack like flavoured rice cakes ( they taste exactly like chips) or Snackwells Thinsations in Oreo, Chocolate chip ect. They are low in carbs and only 100 calories in a single packet.
#3 Supplements will help, but deal with your eating first, as that will make a huge difference. Stop eating processed carbs ( white bread, ect) and switch to whole grains and brown breads/rices. Your insulin levels spike BIG TIME when you eat processed garbage and that adds to water retention and fat gain.
#4 Drink water like a fish. The more you drink, the less bloated you will be. Its a misconception that drinking too much water willmake you bloated.
Also, drinking cold water ups your metabolism and burns more calories, as your body ahs to work harder to maintain its temprature. And water helps to improve cell function and get rid of toxins in your body
