Thanks for the opinions man, I do appreciate them

I generaly eat around 4300 calories, so my reduced intake is more then enough to enhance fat removal.
And I am not going for a comp cutting plan, as I am trying to loose no muscle with this diet. If I went on Clen, or T-3, or greatly reduced my carbs I would loose far too much muscle. Now when most bodybuilders are taking shots of Growth Hormone and Testosterone, they dont worry as much about lost muscle, but Im not juicing, and I dont want to loose any of my hard earned gains. And I need non whole grain carbs as my job is physicaly demanding.
And as far as whole grains go, my bagel and cereals ect are all whole grain, my baked potatoes ect are not, and my metabolism is so high that it does not matter for me. As I stated, Im not going for a brutaly religious diet, enough for a normal guy who bulks to maintain his muscle without hitting the sauce.
