Chest. Funny, because the boobs make it like... the least visible improvement.

I'm pretty much a gimp and I can't do heavy lifting with my back so that causes problems.

haaa u two are too funny. i would rather do an hour of intense cardio then 30 minute of abs. i usually just super set two exercises 3 sets each. i did abs on thursaday and they were still sore on saturday! damn i have been slacking!

Legs/glutes.
My favorite exercise machine is the incline leg press, but in general I'm a squat freak.

I hate doing my shoulders the most because I have tendonitis and it hurts :'(

squats and deadlifts... used to hate these and never do them, then I realized what I was missing out on

i like biceps, triceps and shoulders as they are slow to develop my least fav is legs as they build muscle so quick!!
