OK fellow fitness/training fanatics...which body part is your favorite to work? I like training all body parts but because I have defective,arthritic shoulders, I especially like to train back...not because it hurts less but because it encompasses so many different muscles there are lots of exercise variations I can do...different grips...different pulls. It's ironic that I can't perform the most basic of all back exercises....the pullup....OUCH!
