monthly fluid retention

HI,

I have a huge problem with fluid retention. I've tried everything incl drinking 3l water a day and cuttung down on salt, but every month i literally can't wear stuff and then a week later i deflate. It sucks cos i swear its about 3 inches difference one week to the next around my hips and waist. I also think its contributingto stretch maks, cos i'm 25 and it looks like i've had 5 kids. my skin just can't cope.

HELP! ANy ideas to reduce this problem?

I have the same problem. When i get my period I get majorly bloated. I look pregnant. Then towards the end I can't stop peeing. It's like my body is trying to get rid of the excess water. Then my stomach goes back to normal. It's really depressing though...

I feel your pain. I am just ending my cycle and I feel like a whale till it's over. Keep drinking the water though!

hahaha whale...I am the exact same way, once that time of the month roles around, I feel so heavy and huge in the tummy and my fingers swell! I can't even attempt to get any of my rings off, it's nuts. As already mentioned, water is good.
