I have some below my waist where I lost weight

is it a recent stretch mark or has it been a while?

Mederma works. I had chicken pox scars on my back and waist and they are finally gone! But the thing is you need to be patient. it's not gonna miraculously disappear in a month or two. Took me over a year for it to be gone.
and i hear cocoa butter and vitamin E is effective, but I never tried it.

^ I've heard both Mederma and cocoa butter work. Mederma reduces the scars of stretch marks I believe and cocoa butter is suppose to help prevent them.

Thanks, some have been there for a while from when I lost weight before. I gained a little back and then lost again.

Pure vitamin E salve

I have found it to be the absolute best for removing stretch marks period.

Look for a container that states " pure vitamin e" and nothing else. Its generaly quite small, and the only other additive is a water based solution for absorbtion through the skin.

Cocoa butter cream helps repair the collagen and elastin growth in your skin. I would try that as well as Vitamin E.

LOL how patient you are. i have that stuff and the only justification i make for using it was because of how much i paid for it. hehehehe.

so you had the chicken pox scars since childhood and you've used it recently to make the dissapear?

i've also heard cocoa butter is effective, i've only used it on my dry skin...smellled great.
