I wouldn't punish Israel for dropping them off either. I feel Israel's big flaw in their execution of the war was not waging it effectively and bowing down to the hopelessly useless U.N.

Yes, you are right, Israel attacked Lebanon for harboring Hizballah terrorists. Why? Not just for fun - because Hizballah attacked first. Israel, in this war, and in EVERY war, engaged in a war of self-defense.

The media propaganda in that war, such as letting terrorists pose with dead children, stopping a stretcher so pictures could be taken of it, digitally editing photos to make Beirut look much more damaged than it was and thus vilify Israel, and the list goes on - was GIGANTIC, and mainly anti-Israel.

Hezbz kidnapped and killed many Israeli soldiers while operating on Lebanese territory without repercussions. They should not be surprised when they are bombed by a sovereign nation for acts of war.

Plenty of bombs made in Israel btw. And unlike Syria (Lebanon's occupier for many years) they are an open democracy where Arabs have more representation then anywhere else.

I really ment it as a joke. Yet, coercion amongst a global cartel does affect gasoline prices.

I heard that most of our oil comes from Mexico.

Before high school rots your brain (speaking from personal experience) read Carl Sagan, it will help you learn how to think critically.

Oil has been drilled in Alaska for a long time.

UN didnt do shit the fact of the matter is that Israel got its ass handed to them and you can read this on their own newspaper for example haaretz

Who attacked who first and where is just a matter of where you get your news from, There are so many people abducted from lebanon border too but israeli troops? Would you like to see some videos of how their military treats others? If it will open your eyes i will gladly put em on here. There are many innocents rotting in their jail cells whom you dont even know the name of.

Those people were not terrorist. they were not hizbollah. Showing carnage committed by indiscriminate firing is not propaganda but exposure of war crimes!

As for the editing pics Beirut, the person who did it was called out and by the evening it was exposed and covered by all major newspaper thereby losing all credibility.

Nothing is Anti-Israel. They committed war crimes and personally should be held responsible without any sympathy.

lol hizbollah is part of Lebanon and its cabinet and their citizens embrace them. Then I guess the "Atrocities" that Israel committed were really general acts of war against its enemy?

Not that I'm saying it was the right course of action.

This is a good book about Lebanon. This is written by a woman who lived through the start of it and not just someone following the war on the news.
