I squeeze my pores and White stuff comes out, I don't like it.

How can I get rid of it? I have near-flawless skin and no acne but I am always squeezing my pores and such, it probably makes the problem worse. Is there anyway to get rid of the disguisting stuff that comes out??? ugh!!

its just oil, and dont freakin touch your face, you'll just make things worst in the long run.

if theres nothing wrong with it, leave iit alone.

contrary to popular belief that stuff is usually a collection of dead white cells that have done their job by killing off bacteria that try to live in your pores where its nice and warm.

squeezing it will only make your skin red, your white blood cells pissed off and allow the bacteria a chance to re-enter.

just try different skin cleansers, I guess...

IDK...I'm a guy and don't concern myself with such trivial things...

I'm in the minority here, but I love squeezing out blackheads...

As for that jackass video..... I cringe everytime I think about that. That was so disgusting.

As some have already mentioned! STOP SQUEEZING!! You won't have 'near flawless skin' once you're done picking...it promotes ridiculous scarring.

Regularly use an exfoliator, all blackheads are is literally dirt trapped in your pores. The exfoliator will remove the dead skin cells locking all that junk in there...

thats all, Bullshit man .. i had a blackhead in my nose once for a whold year... i scrubbed the shit out of that SH&%  and in the end i had to stick a blunt object up my nose and pop it out from the inside,,yeah true story.. but point is sometimes,, you gotta get the job done..

I think that is normal. I have that too, but not a lot. LOL!! :D only when my skin gets too oily. Just make sure to wash your face before going to sleep. That will help lessen those whiteheads
