yeah, i think what theyre talking about is going to your bank and doing a wire transfer. you would need the IBAN number (which you have), thats sort of like an internation routing number, their account number, and depending on your bank, you might need thier bank's addy and the seller's addy. also, there's most likely going to be a non-refundable fee. the bank that i used to work at charged $40 for international transfers. and you have to make sure you provide your bank with correct information, because if the wire comes back for whatever reason, the customer is liable for that becuause you are the one that gave the info to your bank. theres no way a bank can make sure if the info you provided is correct. and if the wire does come back, you might get charged for that too. my bank charged $10 when wires came back.
and what rrcrazy said before is correct. you can put money into other people's account, but you cant get it back. they would have to be the ones that authorize it. just like if you made a deposit for a friend in to their account, you can put the money in, but you wouldnt be able to withdraw it because you are not a signer on that account.
