need help with sizing for J brand jeans

hi guys, little intro - I am a newbie here & was recommended to this forum by a ebay seller.

I am interested to get the J brand skinny jeans - but I am clueless which size to get as measurements provided by online sellers really confuse me out...

if I am a size 26 for SEVEN skinny (just-nice fit), size 26 for R&R (alittle snug) - should I be sticking to size 26 for J brand too?

I am particularly interested in their grey washed jeans.

Would appreciate any help here! TIA!

Hi bbbochap! Welcome to HF!

I might size down to 25 because they stretch out. Here's an old thread discussing J Brand sizing:

Hi! Thanks for your help...

I am eyeing on the cigarette jeans 14" - eBay: NEW J BRAND JEANS 844 JETT 25 RET $158 (item 300098315843 end time Apr-10-07 13:01:50 PDT)

I am really confused which size to get - hope someone can help me here (as the auction is ending in 1 hr)

she has 2 sizes - size 25 & size 28

I have read the thread & many members here advised to size down for J skinny jeans as they cut bigger...

But when I compare the seller's measurement stated in her auction - measured it against my own SEVEN skinny jeans (I own the size 26 roxanne in toronto wash) - my SEVEN jeans measurements was more alike her J jeans size 28 measurements (the SEVEN jeans waist measured 30" & the rise was 8" - exactly the same as the J jeans size 2...

Can anyone here help as I have made a mistake before with the J jean skull crystal jeans (it was not the skinny version) - I bought a size 29 & it was waaaaay too big for me...

I like the black cigarette very much - but extremely confused which size is for me...

TIA!
