Are the hems on Begonias supposed to be frayed???

I just got my jeans in the mail and they are beautiful but the hems are VERY distressed. On one side it looks like the very bottom edge was cut off and there are strings hanging off. There is nothing said in the auction about this so I was wondering if thats just how they are supposed to be or if I should ask for some $$ back.

i had them and they were not frayed. to my knowledge they aren't suppose to be. were they new?

Were there pics of the hems in the auction? They are definitely not supposed to be that way.

Heather- post pics. I don't think ANY SFAM jeans should look THAT frayed on the bottom... I would email the seller and ask about it, and ask for a small refund.

Depends on how bad you think it is and how much you paid for them. Did she advertise them as new? Definitely post pics of all the jeans!

I agree with Amanda! Take into consideration her auction... were the hems mentioned? Did she advertise them as new?

The ones I have, that are new, have some fraying at the bottom hem, but not excessive. There is a photo in honestmall.
