They're....Huge!!!

Does anyone else have times when their chest seems to grow beyond all reasonable expectations? It happens to me, I notice, once or twice a year for a couple weeks my bosum will expand. This isn't a weight gain thing or a pregnancy thing (would have to be an immaculate conception right now), they are just BIG. I just measured and they are 41 inches (and a healthy 41 too)! They are usually between 37-39 depending on my weight.

They are also quite sore at times like these.

Am I alone on this?

P.S. Not complaining really...breaking out the low cut tops and enjoying my bountiful chest.

The Big O, ( not that O dirrty girl) Ovulation, I think every 3-4 months for me...
EVEN I GET H TERS!!!!!!!!!!!

But I ovulate EVERY month and they don't get like this all the time.

I always feel when I ovulate....hmmmm...maybe some ovulations are just bigger than others. Better stay away from the fellas just to be sure.

I feel like the boob gods are playing dice with my chest.

CUTUP posts here. You're not the first. Heck even our friendly neighborhood racist posted here a few days ago. Sometimes second or even third is still good.


Hormonal shifts do it to me but not as often as it used to happen. High estrogen would be my guess. Eating a lot of soy???

Hmmmm...I have a fair bit of soy in my diet regularly (being veggo and all). It is probably some sort of combination of things.

Whenever this happens I feel like a teenager with painful growing breasts again. I am in danger of tripping when I walk down the street because I keep getting distracted by them.

Yeah me too... I go up about half a cup size and they get really firm (yay)... and sore (boo!).

I thought there were a lot of vegetables that increase hormone production? I could've sworn I read something about a yam eaten in Africa or South America that increases fertility?

And there's this soy supplement they sell at drugstores (Estroven?) for hormonal women...well not sure what it does...but I'm thinking your soy intake may be what's causing this?

^ Oh yeah, wild yam is one of the main ingredients in Progesterone cream, it balances high estrogen.

It only happens to me too, but every month(other months are more painful than others) but JESUS, 3 inches? I think my bust size only increases 1 inch(they're not as big to start out with but oh well) They get really sore too

happens to me once a month, exactly the same time. i never measured, so i don't know exactly how much bigger my bust will get. but everything else sorta gets bloated along with the bigger, sore boobs unfortunately.

thank God this doesn't happen very often. I do notice my bra cups get a little tight, but I am already a 36DDD, I don't need anymore, I am already preparing myself for a reductionas it is, ugh
