Why do you say these are fake?

Her sevens look good and apparently both pairs of TRs have Nordstrom's tags. Do fakes sometimes come with Nordstrom's tags?

....I haven't actually paid for them yet.
those are fakes because the pockets have no curves to them at all, the stithcing color is wrong and the horseshoes in general are way too small. I have seen several of these destroyes jeans at Nordstroms that are fake, someone is returning them to them. I have notified several of the stores employees, it happened at two of my local Nord stores. I also even told Kristy at TRBJ about it. Not sure what they are doing about it but those particular ones are 100% fake! I saw her sevens, they look good but this one is fake. The ones you bid on look ok but just wondering what the heck is on the inside tag, looks like there is something on it.

sorry about my spelling. Anyway, look to the left of the horseshoe on the inside tag, what is that?? It's gold or yellow? Anywho, the rest of the jeans look good to me, good curve on pockets, good stitching on horseshoes, wash seems ok.

I just sent an email to the seller asking about the inside tag (what that is beside the horseshoe).

I'm sure this Seller has no idea those other TRs are fake. She's really nice and very flexible.

Should I tell her??

you can but she might get defensive........your call on that one.

This is an auction that ended with a BIN yesterday from the same seller. You can see the mark on the tag is a stamped number???? What would that be from?
I've looked at that seller's TR before and am really on the fence. If they're fakes, they're good ones, yet all the real details don't seem to be there if you take them as a whole.

What do you think of the ones I bought in particular??
Ok the wash looks good on those but I don't remember the bullets having a number on the back tag. I have the light bullet bobby's and mine say bobby and the dk bullet pair at revolve say bobby too, know it's a different style but that's just weird. Something fishy is going on.
And those destroyed's are definitely fake! Ick. I don't see any obvious problems with the ones you bid on though.
That's what I thought too! Pretty sure the bullets do NOT have that number on the back. I looked at stephene and revolve and compared that because I was looking at those yesterday. If they're fake they're good ones.
Tigistylist has the joey bullets and I PM'd her yesterday to see if hers had the number so I'll let you guys know.

I dunno, I THINK yours are ok spongebob. I guess I don't like how the rightmost horseshoe point doesn't go under the pocket though. I'd have to do more comparisons.
On the bullets, something just don't look right on the right pocket flap. Maybe it's me but, take a look something is just not right.
Yeah, I saw that too but wasn't sure if it's the pic or what. It seems like the horseshoe is crooked.

OK, I just received an email from the seller. All these jeans she has listed came from a special event at Nordstrom's Rack. The "59" stamped on the tags was done by Nordstrom's to prevent full price returns (I guess their return policy is pretty relaxed...obviously).

So, aside from the 59 stamp on the tag, is the general opinion that mine look OK??

...and thanks for all your help (even if it may not be what I want to hear )

All opinions appreciated!!

Maybe the bullets are factory damages cause that right pocket is drivin me nuts. I know something isn't right but I just can't put my finger on it. Her destroyed are without a doubt fake though. The pair you bought looks OK but I can't say for sure without the tag pics.

Here's a close up picture she sent me. Does this help?

Still can't tell she needs to send close-ups of both inside tags and back outside tag.

I think there's a pretty good shot of the back tag in the listing.

I think your pair is good. but bear in mind she does have fakes for sale. Can anyone second these are OK before she pays, please.

I just compared the tags to my medium joeys and it's the same. This little foray into my closet also made me realize I have dark joeys in 100% cotton; I thought they were stretch! I was asking about the fit of something in another thread that I already have. Too many jeans! Anyway, I think you're ok!
