I'm actually looking for a good bag (a gift for my girlfriend for her birthday). I don't want to spend too much as I don't really support her fetish to bags. But since it's her birthday, there's nothing I wish for her but to see her happy and I know that she would be if she would receive a bag from me. That would really be an achievement for her.

Anyway, can anyone suggest where I can find affordable bags?

What's your price range and what sort of bags does she like?

If there is a Coach Factory outlet near you, they have some nice bags for about $100-$200.

Another place I would look into would be Nordstrom Rack (Coach, Toki Doki, LAMB, Burberry, etc...), Off 5th (Gucci, Prada, etc...), and Neiman Marcus Last Call (Chanel, Marc Jacobs, etc...)

I've seen TokiDoki bags go for under $100 at Nordstrom Rack just recently. Hope this helps!
