Breast implants - want them but hesitant?

I am not against them if you are doing it for the right reasons (namely, yourself!). The problem is, I think a lot of girls do them because they have insecurity issues that will not be fixed by the breast implants. Or it changes them so much that they are no longer the same person - I knew a girl who was sweet and demure with her AA cups, but once she got full Cs she became a wild party animal! She was getting attention from guys everywhere (albeit the wrong type of attention) and became an attention whore. She dumped her long time bf (who loved her without the boob job) and is still now dancing on top of every bar top in town.

Either way though, if you're still in school, I think you still have some time to think about it. I really, really wanted a boob job all through high school and college (I barely fill out a 32AA) but all of sudden when I graduated from school, I didn't find it necessary anymore. All of a sudden, I just loved my body exactly the way it was. I'm sure my husband wouldn't mind if I got bigger boobs, but I love the fact he'll still love me if I don't. Maybe you'll feel the same way.

If you do get them, yes - there will be people who will look down on you for doing so. It's just the way things go. But if you're doing it for yourself, you won't care because it was to make you happy, not anyone else.

I'm a 32A/32B and a good push-up bra does wonders. However, I have thought about getting breast implants many many times. It's not realistic at the moment since I don't have enough money saved, nor do I have a sugar daddy (well, not really).

Although my small assets have been a blessing in disguise. I think I would attract too much attention from guys if I had a larger rack, and not the right kind of attention. I think it's much harder to navigate the dating scene if you're too "pretty" or "hot", you end up with all the guys who are into you for your looks. I am pretty open-minded and carefree as is, that combined with large breasts is asking for trouble. Now that I'm older though, I think I'm mature enough to deal with any consequences of bigger boobs.

Anyways, if it's within your economic power to do it, I would be all for it. Just get a top-notch surgeon. Kate Moss and Gisele Bunchen have both gotten implants and they are beautiful! I even have pics of Kate's breasts on my computer If you change your mind later, you can always have them taken out.

I just know that they are really really painful to get.

But small boobs hurt too.

Ayumi Hamasaki has had a few things done, including her breasts. I think she looks fab and they look very natural.

she has very little pain and since they went in through her nipple she doesn't have any scarring either.

my sister in law got her boob job done in thailand... they did it through her under arm and she said it only hurt a day and she was up and about the next day. I didnt even notice/realize she got a boob job until we were talking about plastic surgery over dinner one day.

Just don't get something so overwhelming! Like if you're a 34A, don't jump crazily to a 36D! (o:

Oh yeah they're really good at this in Japan. You won't believe how natural they can look and feel. If you decide to go for it, you should really look for a reputable doctor. I've seen pictures where some women were having problems with their implants and they weren't pretty. Try to find a good plastic surgeon to minimize any health issues that may follow.

Can anyone get an appointment at a top notch plastic surgeon? I'm wondering because to be perfectly honest, I've never seen anyone with as good implants as above mentioned supermodels.

Once on vacation I saw this old lady (probably early 60s?) and she had breasts like a 16 year old...I mean they were AMAZING!!! And they were small and natural!! I really couldn't stop staring and I was seriously jealous! Mine aren't that big but they are already saggy and definetely not as perky...I wish mine were smaller

I think large breast look great when you are young but as I get older, smaller is better

If you ever watch Thomas Crown Affair, I swear Renee Russo had hers done. They are small, but the skin looked too firm and tight. Don't get me wrong, they looked fab for a small size, but if you compared her hands to her chest, her chest was about 30 years younger.

Did Kate Moss really get a boob job? Was it recently? In an issue of W from 2003 there are topless photos of her (like tasteful professional ones) and her breasts were definitely a small A. I haven't really kept up with her chest since then, though.

My hands look older b/c they have been in the sun, rockclimbing 25 years,etc. I must say my boobs, butt, feet, are smooth and unmarked! It's crazy when I put my hands next to one of these parts! I never 'purposely' laid in the sun, but have been outside, WAY outside all my life. Oh yeah I'm 47! Any part that was sun exposed is def. more aged.

I'm ALL about the implants. We've had many a conversation in Chat about them... with mixed views.
I'll be getting mine done in the next month or so. Azia- if you're really thinking about them, I'd wait until you have childern, or decide that you will not be having children. IMO, why go through the procedure if you KNOW your body is going to change COMPLETELY.
I have a handful of girl friends that still have fabulous breasts (even after going through pregnancy with implants) but many more, like myself that are SO glad we waited!!!

HMMM ok! i think u should think longg and hard before you do it though. there are complications and its pretty scary. but if you get a trusted doctor im sure itll turn out just fine, but be sure you realllly want them. i have a friend that got hers done in HS, cause her MOM wanted her to get them done, she didnt even want them. her mom just felt sorry for her and thought that all girls shhould have big boobs or something. and so she got a C cup, which is pretty big. and at first they were really hard, and unnatural. but i think as times goes by, they get softer. and they are really perky and up. but hers was too big. she regret not getting a B instead. cause now she doesnt wear bras, cause it make her boobs look even bigger. so yeahh really consider the size before you get it done too. i have a couple of other friends that got Bs, and they look pretty natural and not noticable! they didnt even tell anyone that they did it, and i just heard around and realized their boobs got bigger haha. and it looks natural and really nice. i like it

and another thingg.. HONESTLY, sometimes i wish my boobs were smaller because im in between B cup and C cup, and AT TIMES, i dont like it. especially when i want to wear like hollister or abercrombie tops, or any tank top, your boobs is just like THERE. and i feel uncomtable and slutty when i wear something and they just pop out. and my mom always complaining that i should cover up and it looks too revealing. and ive seen some girls that have smaller boobs are it look just normal when they wear tops like that.. same with my friend too, she feels like alot of things she wear is too revealing and she doesnt like it.

but iono its up to you, if it makes you happy i say go for it. i have a petite friend that is planning to get hers done too. all our friends are for it cause she really want it. BUT she wants to get Ds tho, and omg we're trying to talk her out of it but its doing no good. soo good luck deciding!!

If you do that though, they could end out of smaller if they have to scrape out scar tissue.

BBaaaahh, Billy Goat! No, I never had kids But I have about a B cup, and of course stuff is lower than it was! But the quality of the skin there where the sun didn't shine is still really nice!
I wasn't really talking about the boob job, it was more about the hand/boob comparison....
