Lorna, when do you think your package will be sent? I'm putting together one as well, and it would be great if we could space them so that they'll entertain her for 2 separate weeks.
I was planning to mail mine out next Monday, so she would probably have it on Friday at the latest.

I've not been told that there is a limit. I would assume that they understand that this is a difficult time for her and all of the support that she can get would be beneficial. I only wish that I knew how to express how thankful I am to all of you.

There should be some sort of running update in the first post or something. It's a little hard to keep up sometimes. :S

I gotta say nay on the Philosophy bath stuff, just cause everything they make smells like food...

BTW, the Zen Garden idea is awesome!

Where she is at is a great place. Very small with only six girls. We have tried the big institutional places before, but she seemed to be lost in the crowd. Unfortunately, it has come down to a lot of trial and error, but we needed to make sure that she would get the attention that is necessary. So, she gets to spend time with the five other girls. I haven't gotten an update as of yet of what she thinks of them or how it is going, but I'm (hopefully) going to speak with her in few minutes. But, I'll do my best to keep you all up to date on how she is.

I haven't got to visit yet. I am trying to allow her the opportunity to get into the program and make the most of it. I have a tendancy to stick my nose into things and get defensive and protective of her, so I am trying to stay out of the way. But, I am going to go and see her this weekend. I spoke with her earlier tonight and her spirits seemed rather high and her thinking seemed much clearer than I have seen in a long time. She is struggling but seems that her mind is in the right place and she is fully focused on recovery. In short, I'm excited to see her. It's difficult to sleep because it just doesn't seem right without her here.

awh but just think when she is back you can cuddle her non stop and she will be well again which will make a massive difference xx

It's good for her to do a lot of this 'on her own' so that she feels that she did the work. She should be proud of herself.
