This is so TRUE!!!!! And it really is that simple. Unless you are genetically predispoosed to having a "pooch", this information is all you need to know.
I have 3 step daughters and every single one of them had fat bellies, 2 still do, and all they eat is sugar and foods that break down to sugar in the blood stream. They do not eat enough protein and they fill up on carbs.
Add more protein everytime you eat and eat it first before the carbs then cut back on sugar and carbs. You will see a difference in body fat in a matter of about 2 weeks. Diet is key.
