HELPP authenticating a Gucci bag on ebay

OKKK ive been wanting this bag since forever but its like a couple season bag, and i found one on ebay but not sure if its real. what do u guys think? looks pretty good to be so far but than the plastic on the handle kind of gave it away as a fake hmm iono what do u guys
think

it's fake =/

1. the leather is too hard, notice how the handles are the same position in both pics.
2. alignment is off on the top and the sides
3. and the plastic =)

june and dec every year. select leather bags and canvas bags on sale.

i dont remember the exact percentage but its somewhere around 25% - 30% off at the gucci boutique, and the percentages get larger as the sale progresses at NM/Saks

do u know if you can order a previous season bag? the bag i wanted is from the cruise collection i think 2006 so can i ask the gucci store to find it for me? do they have a a catalog with previous seasons bags? thanks

I don't think they'll be able to locate past season's bags but the Gucci outlets might be able to find it. There isn't too many in the US so you could try calling the outlets to see if they've ever had that bag in stock.

I've been curious about the gucci outlets in the US. Do they have good deals and good stuff?

I went to the one in Italy outside of Florence. At that time I didn't know how expensive gucci bags where retail in the states so I just bought one (it was like $200). They had some other awesome mongram ones in the $200-$400 range and even monogram sandals for like $175 (or was it 175 euro I don't remember). I am seriously kicking myself that I didn't buy more stuff and I doubt I will ever get the chance to go there again. Do you think the US outlets are comparable?

Here are 2 of the outlets. I'm not sure if there are more. How far is Palm Springs from San Jose?

Desert Hills Premium Outlets - Cabazon, CA (Palm Springs area)

Woodbury Common Premium Outlets - Central Valley, NY (NYC area)

imo the gucci outlets in the US are ok, definitely not comparable to the one in Italy!

I've found that the handbags are usually 25-40% off retail price (which is what they were when they were on sale in the boutiques) and the selection is ok. It's definitely not worth more than a 4 hour drive

palm springs is down south so about 6 - 8 hrs from san jose.

lol, good to know it's not worth a plane trip from TX. I had told one of my friends we should take a weekend shopping trip there sometime, but what I would spend on a plane ticket I could just use towards a bag.
