I heart sushi. There's this great place close to campus and they always have $5.99 lunch specials.
It is healthy for you as long as you keep the soy and wasabi intake low. As for tempura and raw tuna/fish, the latter is sashami and considered distinct from sushi. Sushi refers to rice combined with toppings.
