If you're the patient sort, I've found lucas paw paw ointment to be good... it takes a little while, but it moisturises the skin and after a few weeks of exfoliating and using the ointment it gets rid of marks like yours.
Also, diet really affects your skin. Zinc is very helpful in helping your skin heal faster. You can take tablets, but it is best to just get it in your diet, zinc is found naturally in roasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds, Brazil nuts, Swiss and cheddar cheeses, peanuts, dark meat turkey, and lean beef.
Also, vitamin E is really good for your skin. For that I just take the capsules.
The dark spot is simply a scar, try using a spot treatment with glycolic acid which helps encourage cellular renewal/turnover. Microdermabrasion is a great option as well, already mentioned if you have quite a few...
i think the brown spot is hyperpigmentation, its when a pimple causes pigment to build up under the skin. it will fade over time (not a permanent scar), you can either use concealer to hide it, a skin lightener (which can affect the skin surrounding it too) or use products like Neutrogena's acne mark fading peel (i have not tried that peel yet, but i have the same problem and am looking into it) Hope this helps.
