As a side note, vitamin supplemtns don't do squat if your intestiens aren't clean. Clogged intestines means no absorbtion or minimal absorption so you are just pooping and peeing your $$ down the toilet. Keep that in mind before you break the bank of supplements.
Best thing to do, colon cleanse & wheat grass juice. Easiest and cheapest program you can be on. The best vitamins come from sea vegetables(kelp) and grasses. GREEN GREEN GREEN. Then add in anything else you want.

Good info as usual..
One thing to keep in mind too Tim, is that the liquid forms of vitamins have an extremely short shelf life, much like that of sports supplements like liquid creatine ect.
Many researchers have found that within a few months on the shelves there is almost nothing left to be absorbed. Liquid vitamins are few and far between and I wouldnt trust them.
What PoorPoohBaby said is good advice. The more natural the supplement the easier your body will absorb the nutrients contained therin.
I take my vitamins with a spoonfull of flax seed oil ( tastes like walnuts) and a spoonfull of greens ( powdered vegitables) to help with the absorbtion.
I dont know if these are still around, but do a search for vitamins by Twinlab called DualTabs. They are made in different layers according to how your body breaks down certain vitamins/minerals ect and have great absorbtion rates.
