Both are absolutely authentic and GORGEOUS! Buyer is being silly. Hips, sorry that you have to deal with an uneducated buyer!

I would contact paypal! They can be authentictaed - so you have to worries! She doesn't have a leg to stand on.

don't do anything let the stupid buyer deal w/ that it's up to her to provide proof and since they're real wherever she gets her "proof" from is an even bigger dummy that this buyer

Refuse the package and return it to her, if you don't open it you can refuse it and return to sender then I would respond to the claim that you are refusing it because they are real.

If you just put "return to sender" on it, you don't have to pay for the return shipping

I would also refuse it. That's crappy. It sounds like your buyer didn't even try to communicate with you, which looks guilty on their behalf.

This ones on my blocked buyer list too.

Seems to me like someone regrets spending the money and must NEED the money back, so sad to make claims like that, both are so beautiful and anyone would kill to have those jeans!!!! Very sad!!!!!!!!!

damn this sucks! I'm sorry to hear it happened to you, people are assholes, there's no way around it.

I would offer to buy the crowns off of you but I wouldn't be able to match what you got from the buyer [or half the bidders, for that matter].

so long as she doesn't leave you neg. feedback and you get the REAL jeans back, I'm 1000000% positive you'll find another buyer!

I had some buyers that sent stuff back damaged and used, paypal wouldn't do anything, so I ended up losing thousands! Item wasn't even sent back in it's original condition. I hate PAYPAL! Good luck, hopefully you get your jeans back!

Ok... if people can screw you over like that then I definately wouldn't open it. Just return to sender forrrrr sure.

Hips, I am sorry this had to happen to you. You really do sell beautiful, authentic jeans that people should be greatful for! Sheeeesh!

Yeah totally refuse the package! Does the buyer have to pay for the return shipping when the package is rejected? I hope she didn't check the box where it says "discard item if undelivered" as USPS Global Express has this option. Not sure about Australia though.

Hips, I suggest you escalate it to a paypal claim immediately. I had this happen to me last year time, and I initiated to a claim first and won. If you have your store receipt, volunteer and email a copy to PAYPAL .
Good Luck, this should be an easy case to resolve.

I received the two pair of jeans yesterday and I have send them back to you this morning and would like to get a refund. The jeans I bought from you are not authentic as promised, I paid $417.49 for them and could only expect them to be genuine otherwise I would never have paid that much for them as I only wear authentic clothes. I have two pairs of Rock and Republic that I have bought from a store in Melbourne and they are completely different to the ones I bought from you. The genuine Rock&Republic Jeans has the mirrored RR on the back of all their buttons whereas the ones I bought from you does not, the genuine Rock&Republic buttons has a round pin head in the middle of it whereas yours are flat which looks like they were hammered on, the genuine Rock&Republic Jeans has 2 blue tag on them they all have a R on the corner, whereas the ones I bought from you does not the R on the tag. Anyone who owns a pair of genuine Rock&Republic jean will tell you that these are replicas. I know that ebay has a lot of fake stuff but I would never thought paying over USD400 for two pairs of replica jeans, How can you charge that much for Replicas and say that they are genuine, I was looking forward to receiving them so much and is so disappointed that they are only a fake. I have returned the jeans to you and want my money back, please refund my money through paypal asap Thank you.
