I have a pair of MII UMC with 2% elastane in 30 that fit well

what size would I be in the MIJ black 2010 clawmarks
are they snugger?

Not in the waist/thigh ... quite in contrary. But they are slimmer from the knee down. 30 again should be fine with you I think.
