Coz I found the price is at least +30% to europe in HK store.

what are you looking to buy? There are heaps of stores which do international delivery. I get stuff delivered to me here in Australia. Postage is usually about $50USD, takes 7 days to arrive.

ShopStyle for Fashion and Designers - Shoes, Jewelry, Dresses & Clothes aggregates some sites pretty well. I usually shop at ssense.com and revolveclothing.com. They both deliver internationally, and if you wait for the specials you can get some good deals.
