Zee - please do not let her return. Just have her take this up with paypal and prove that they are fake. Once buyers get away with this feedback extortion, they keep trying it. I really think you'd be making a bigger contribution to the eBay community if you'd have her go through the proper channels. It won't hurt you at all - she's already threatened to give a negative and she could at any point no matter what you do. Caving to her demands doesn't benefit anyone.

This is the best advice so far. Perfection in your feedback score may mean others will suffer from her manipulative tactics (not that guilt tripping you makes you feel better).

I have planned to just ignore her from now on. The girl is really frightening...

The girl seems to be using some scare tactics, just ignore as you have been doing since you've done nothing wrong! Even if she leaves a neg, she's lost her bartering chip since feedback is the only way she can hurt you. And you have tons of awesome feedback and a whole forum to counter it

Hi! I'm new here and I am also a seller on Ebay. I had the same experience when I sold a mens Diesel ZAF jeans (item in question # 130173282116) I bought here in Orlando Premium Outlet and It went like this:

"These diesels are fake. The are nice fakes, but unfortunately they are fake. Please let me know where I should send them to get my money back.

I responded nicely to him and told him that the tag has the microstitching with small letters of DIESEL spelled backwards and fakes won't have this and I also told him where I bought it and I can email him pic of the receipt and he responded :

The reason I know these jeans are fake is because I have this exact same pair of 87P's, which I bought from Bloomingdales, and they are simply not the same on multiple fronts. All Diesel's have a hidden series of numbers stitched into the top third of the front tag. Unfortunately, this pair does not. There are several superficial differences that I could give to you; i.e., incorrect branding, quality and stretch of the denim, incorrect stitch work, but the tag is the greatest single argument I can give. I read your feeback before I bought, and it was immaculate. I was just as flabbergasted as you were when I realized they were fake. Please don't take my accusations as a personal attack on you. I realize that fake jeans get returned to stores all of the time, and this could have simply been one of them."

Then I said nicely. I bought two of these in different sizes and all the other sizes looks the same. Returns? Fine, no sense for me to email u the receipt so let's just have EBAY decide on it. Put it on dispute and I will wait for EBAY's reply and I will tell them my piece, send them pics of receipt and if they say they are fake. I guess I have a beef against DIESEL ORLANDO at the outlet. After that he did not write or bothered me again. By the way, me and my wife are envious of your stuff . I do this on the side at night, I am a Physical Therapist by day (anybody has questions needing answers from a PT- feel free to ask). More power to u !!!!!
