This is how I fit into mine that I thought where too small as well.
I put them on best I could, got in the shower and sprayed them with water. Then I get out and do some stretches and lunges. These PBJ's will stretch twice what you think. I am surprised at how much they actually stretch. This is how I get into all my dry denim because I always by them way too small. My new pbjs started out super tight as well, like couldnt get them up my thighs but now they are actually a tad loose after doing the shower method. Maybe that would be worth the effort.
