True Religion Jeans
Here is the brand new Spring 2013 campaign from True Religion. The campaign just went live today and features models Catrinel Menghia and Tom James at the lovely Paradise Cove in Malibu, California. Stylist Julia Von Boehm created the looks while photographer Camilla Akrans shot the photos. You can see the photos and video (set to the song Catamaran by Allah Las) below.
Jeffrey Lubell, Founder, CEO, Chairman of the Board and Creative Director said “This season, we took inspiration from one of my favorite places in the world – Malibu. We shot on location in Paradise Cove on the beach and boardwalk, and brought the California sensibility of the brand to life, while showcasing our roots in American-made denim. The Spring 2013 collection focuses on True Religion’s strong denim heritage and passion for authenticity and quality.” You can also see a behind the scenes look here.
Frankie Sandford of The Saturdays was seen going out for breakfast at Toast Bakery Cafe with her sister and two male friends in West Hollywood, California.
Frankie wore a pair of True Religion Casey High Rise Sunset Overdye Jeans in Tomato with an alphabet/numbers tee and flip flops. This actually makes a very rare sighting! We hardly ever spot anyone in True Religion anymore, so it’s quite refreshing to see! I actually love the casual styling too, the red really pops against the black and white. It’s always great when The Saturdays are over in LA. We get so many paparazzi sightings of them and they have an amazing wardrobe of denim! Especially Frankie and Mollie!

This is literally just a sneak peek at the new Autumn/Winter 2012 collection from True Religion. I actually wasn’t expecting to see the brand, but it was at the same showroom as G-Star, so I had a little look and took a collection photo as a whole, so you can see the colours and a couple of close ups on the only prints they had available.
The new Autumn/Winter collection had only a diamond snake print as most were blues with some autumn hues. They did add some rust to a few of the darker blue jeans and it looks like they have a lot of their classic mid blue shades with depth to them. I thought the diamond print was pretty cool though, I like that they did it in a reptile brown shade and a more dirty grey. It suits the print well. I love the brown pair! What do you think?
