Textile Elizabeth and James
As you all may know, I am a huge fan of the Textile Elizabeth and James Cooper Shorts. The details on them are great without taking them overboard; which makes them very versatile and worn for numerous occasions over the Summer. See the three ways I styled them below.
Everyone loves being casual, yet still likes to look put together and not like you just rolled out of bed most of the time. Inspired by staples that most women already have, the pairing of a sweater and sneakers with shorts has to be my favorite combination on any woman. It is understated and clean. I paired the shorts with an IRO sweater, classic The Row x Superga sneakers, then finished it off with accessories by Chloe, Saint Laurent and Elizabeth and James.
Ashley Olsen was spotted arriving into Los Angeles at LAX Airport. The designer wore a pair of the Textile Elizabeth and James Johnny Jeans in Onyx. She accessorized her look with a bag from The Row and the new Elizabeth and James Ponyhair Sling.
I am looking forward to seeing more of the Elizabeth and James handbag collection when it launches mid-June. If it is anything like The Row, which I am sure will be just as timeless, it will be a huge hit. You can click here to purchase Textile Elizabeth and James at Shopbop.
As an avid fan of the Textile Elizabeth and James Cooper jeans (they are number 1 on the top three jeans that I live in), I was happy to see that they released a shorts version for Summer. No, I probably won’t be donning these myself when the weather starts to warm up, but I still think they are cool.
Just like lace-up, I find the exposed crotch zipper to be a great detail. They edge up the classic denim shorts just far enough without taking it too far. I can already see quite a few ladies wearing these when the heat starts to kick in, with a slouchy sweater and their staple ankle boots. Miley Cyrus was spotted talking on the phone outside the recording studio in North Hollywood, California. The singer wore a pair of the Textile Elizabeth and James Cooper in Electric with some Givenchy heels and a Margiela Leather shirt.
This marks the fourth pair of the Cooper jeans that I have seen Miley wear. Her love for them is probably just as strong as my love for them. They are such an easy pair to wear everyday and Miley demonstrates that each time she is caught in them. I’m obsessed with the pairing of the leather shirt and heels with the jeans here. What do you think of her look? You can click here to purchase Textile from Shopbop and click here to purchase Margiela and Givenchy from SSENSE.
