Textile Elizabeth and James
Carey Mulligan was spotted making her rounds with some friends at the Glastonbury Festival. The actress wore a pair of Textile Elizabeth and James Debbie Jeans in Destructed Midnight with some Tory Burch loafers.
This isn’t the usual festival gear that many think of, but it is the uniform for Carey, which I do like a lot. I applaud her for not going the typical shorts and wellies route because that is not her. She kept true to herself and looks comfortable. If you like your look, why change it for the occasion when it is not necessary? Especially if you are going to an event like this when you are running around from stage to stage. I am happy to get another sighting of the Crosby jeans. These are still one of my favorite pairs from Textile because they made the carpenter pants cool again by slimming the fit and adding the ankle zipper. I do wish that Kendall did wear these with ankle boots instead of the sneakers. I find the shoes to cut her off strangely. What do you think? You can click here to purchase these jeans from Saks for $128.62.

Update – Jess is wearing the Textile Elizabeth & James Sid Denim Jacket.
Jessica Alba was seen while visiting a friend at Venice Beach in Los Angeles, California a couple of weeks ago. She got out of her car to check something underneath it.
Jess has had this particular denim jacket for a long time now, we have blogged her wearing it before, but I still haven’t been able to ID it! This outfit of hers here though, with the jacket over the floral dress with cowboy boots was too pretty to pass on posting. Doesn’t she look amazing here? As you all may know, I am a huge fan of the Textile Elizabeth and James Cooper Shorts. The details on them are great without taking them overboard; which makes them very versatile and worn for numerous occasions over the Summer. See the three ways I styled them below.
Everyone loves being casual, yet still likes to look put together and not like you just rolled out of bed most of the time. Inspired by staples that most women already have, the pairing of a sweater and sneakers with shorts has to be my favorite combination on any woman. It is understated and clean. I paired the shorts with an IRO sweater, classic The Row x Superga sneakers, then finished it off with accessories by Chloe, Saint Laurent and Elizabeth and James.
