Selena Gomez in Tears of Bleu for Case Mate Photo Shoot
Selena Gomez posed for a photo shoot with Case Mate in a pair of Tears of Bleu Cecilia skinny jeans in Galaxy wash with some black ankle boots, a black jacket and a blue scarf. These jeans actually look really good on Selena, they fit her like a glove! Plus I think the wash is very detailed and pretty.
The whiskering around the lap area and mid thigh looks really authentic, however I’m not so sure about them at the knees. I feel like they look a little bit forced there. How many of you have worn Tears of Bleu jeans? You can buy these jeans online at Tears of Bleu here.

Tears of Bleu – Mary Jane Fashion Flare
Tears of Bleu have released a season preview of their new Flare Jean collection; the Mary Jane Fashion Flare. The brand have continued to change the perception of the Flared Jean by introducing 8 new exciting washes this season. “We took the retro Bell Bottom that first became popular in the 60′s and gave it a completely contemporary spin by introducing 8 exciting new washes to reflect today’s fashion forward generation” said Caius Olowu, Tears of Bleu’s Chief Creative Officer.
These washes reflect a new direction in denim finishing as well as a completely new way of achieving colour denim, by stripping the indigo and over dying it, which gives the denim a unique high and low colour finish. The washes that will be available from Tears of Bleu for the new season are: California Vintage, Black Ink, Ocean Sea, Dark Moon (above) and Coloured Haze (below). Coloured Haze is offered in four colours, Rose, Green, Grey and Brown. Are any of you a fan of the brand?

The brand is a design concept originally created by a British designer in Japan “Caius Olowu” and features non denim as well as normal denim. You can read some of the press release below and you can check out more about the brand online at their website here.
What gives 020608 Tears of Bleu its edge is the infusing of Classic British tailoring which significantly influences the design and manufacturing processes, delivering an authentic premium quality timeless look and ensuring the highest standards of ‘Craftsmanship and Flawless Design’ by using Japanese and American Developed Denim manufactured in Okayama, Japan and Los Angeles, California.
Key design elements include details such as fully bound inside seams tailored from within, classic tailored dust patches to create a unique modern take on the women’s premium turn-up, tailored pin stitched back seam.
Most of the washes start from a six months natural worn development process with added external elements to create a unique finish. Each wash is hand finished with a 5–10 hour finishing process time to give a unique authentically worn look. A skilled finisher then copies each original naturally worn finish by hand and adds other elements to the process to give each finish a unique look. No two washes of 020608 Tears of Bleu are 100% alike.
