Selma Blair was seen out and about in West Hollywood, California last week wearing another pair of Siwy jeans! This time she opted for their Leona Drainpipe Skinny jeans in Never Forever wash with some brogues and a blue plaid shirt.
I can’t say I am a huge fan of the outfit, but I do love these Siwy jeans! The pastel shade of blue is really cute and so easy to wear. They are adorable! I can think of so many things you could pair them with! You can buy Siwy jeans online at Singer22.com.

Selma Blair looked pretty in pink as she rushed to a meeting in West Hollywood, California. I always think it’s strange seeing celebs run, we usually never see it in candids.
Selma wore a pair of Siwy Hannah Slim Crop jeans in Air Kiss with a Loden Dager white shirt, Prada espadrilles and a pastel pink Miu Miu bag. I’ve always thought this Miu Miu bag was adorable! It’s so cute and girly and it goes really well with the Siwy jeans. Buy Siwy online at Singer22.com.

I’m excited to be able to review something for the warmer weather! Some denim shorts! I got sent these by the wonderful Siwy for reviewing and luckily enough they arrived when we were having a heat wave over here so I got to wear them a few times! Unfortunately now we are back to rain and colder weather so they have been put back away, much to my disappointment.
These are the Siwy Denim Camilla denim shorts in Mixed Signals and I am sort of obsessed with them because the dip dye/ombre trend is something that I adore! I’m so glad the trend is in full swing because I have always been a fan of it, it’s such a fun take on regular denim and I love seeing more than one colour together, so it just works. The light blue shade of these is really bright, almost neon, but it’s not, it’s just a really intense shade of aqua which transitions upwards into a darker more medium blue denim. It graduates quite subtly when you look closely, but from further away you can see they are 2 colours and you don’t see the transitioning as well.
The Camilla fit, if you haven’t tried it, is my favourite short from Siwy, ever. They are so comfortable and soft and they are just so easy to wear. You can just chuck them on and go out the door and feel perfectly good in them. I always find that about Siwy jeans, they have such an ease to them, it makes styling an outfit quite simple. I took a 27 in these, which is my usual size, but I could definitely size down to a 26. I generally don’t like my shorts really tight though because when it’s hot enough to wear them, I don’t like to feel too restricted. It’s not comfortable otherwise.
It does seem like each time I get a pair of Siwy shorts, I love them more than the last pair. I started out with the Lilt wash which I loved, then Love Song which I adored even more and now the Mixed Signal wash which is now my favourite. One thing I have always found a bit strange with the Camilla short though is that one leg opening is very frayed and the other isn’t so much. I know it’s intentionally like that as it’s on every pair I have. For my personal preference though I would prefer them to be heavily distressed equally. I may need to take that matter into my own hands for the other leg opening and make it more frayed myself.
Even though these shorts are ombre, I think they are incredibly easy to wear. You could pretty much pair these with any colour and get away with it and they will work with so many different pieces of clothing! I chose neon pink as I think it sets the colours apart quite nicely! I think it’s quite bad actually how obsessed I have become with these, I keep staring at the photo below to see how pretty the wash is, ha ha! What do you think of them? You can buy these shorts online at RevolveClothing.com for $162. I would also say that my photos are more realistic for the wash, the Revolve photos are quite washed out and pale, just for reference.
When I saw these Siwy Camilla in Merry-Go-Round shorts (click here to purchase) I had to style them. I love the detail and color of these shorts. There is a subtlety about them, but yet they still stand out amongst the rest. Plus they are Siwy shorts so they are for sure to be great fitting. Also being that Summer is coming up, it is just a great alternative to the classic denim shorts. Check out the three looks that I came up with for these shorts and click their names to purchase the pieces below.
This has to be my favorite look out of the three, being that it is most my style in a feminine way. I paired the shorts with rings galore by TOMTOM Jewelry, Sunahara, Anatara, Alushia Sanchia, Low Luv, Luv AJ, Rejoice The Hands, an IRO Tonal Utah Sweater, Love Quotes Scarf, and Jimmy Choo Moccasins. I just love the color of this whole look. I think the turquoise plays really well with the color of the shorts. I say you can wear this during a casual day out or for errands.
This is the look that you can wear to go to a party during the summer. I love the pairing of red and brown together and these Rag & Bone Durham boots are just another match made in heaven for these shorts. I also paired them with a Blue Life Barebelly with Low Back tank and a 3.1 Phillip Lim Two-Tone Leather Jacket. Yes, I know Summer and Leather is an oxymoron. Though there are cooler summer nights. Plus this leather jacket is sick. What other reason is there to wear it?
I decided to do one look that is clean and that can go easily from day to night. I paired the shorts with a Hussein Chayalan White Panel Button Up, Rag & Bone Newbury Boots, and a Smythe Blazer I like that you can either tuck in the shirt to show off more of the detail on the shorts or leave it untucked and have it peep out from underneath. Another thing that I love about this look is that you can also wear it without the blazer to show off the detail on the back of the shirt. I find the pink to be a nice compliment to the red.
