Jennifer Lopez in Siwy Sequined Jeans
Jennifer Lopez was spotted on the set of her new music video in Acapulco, Mexico. She wore a pair of the Siwy Hannah jeans in Jet Sequins. This is such a good sighting. I have been waiting to see someone in these. I always thought all three shades of the Siwy sequined jeans were really great, especially the Marine ones. I love the fact that they are sequined all around and not just the front.
I know that these jeans are for the video shoot, but I would like to see her wear them again, or just anyone. These or the Not in Love pair. Those were also another favorite of mine. Kate Moss in Siwy
Kate Moss was spotted leaving the NME Awards after party with husband Jamie Hince at The W Hotel in London, England. She wore her favorite pair of Siwy jeans again, the Hannah in It’s Magic. I like that she pumped up the monotone look a bit with the jeweled pumps.
I wonder if we will see Kate close the Louis Vuitton show this season? Marc Jacobs has stated that she came up with the idea of closing each season. It is definitely a great idea in my opinion. Denim Trend: Floral Print Denim
Floral print denim is a huge trend this Spring/Summer season. It’s slowly been popping up all over the place as brands have been releasing their take on the trend. Jenna Dewan-Tatum was the first celeb that we blogged about wearing floral jeans, we are still unsure on the brand of hers though! Next was Rochelle Wiseman from The Saturdays, she opted for a pair of Paige floral jeans and then most recently it was Ciara, she chose the Citizens of Humanity floral printed shorts. I think they all styled their jeans pretty well.
I’m wondering who we might see next in the trend? I’m hoping Jessica Alba might buy into it, she’s already on board the neon denim trend, so you never know! There are some pairs that I like, like the red J Brand’s, the Citizens of Humanity shorts, the yellow Siwy shorts and the Paige floral jeans. I do find the Paige ones slightly over powering though, I’m not sure if I could pull those off. New Styles by Siwy
Siwy has released some great shades and detail just in time for Spring. There are a few ombre shades and they all come in cool Spring hues. There are also some new styles.
They have the Alia shorts, which are their famous classic shorts with clean pockets in some great ombre shades. My favorite would have to be the Tropical Ice above. Their Camillas and Hannahs weren’t left out of the mix either. They come in a blue, named Never Forever, which also comes in the Leonas, and there is an ombre wash called Mixed Signals. The Hannahs come in a pink wash, Air Kiss, and a bright blue, Cool La La.
They have their Anita flares in a punchy red named, My Place or Yours. I’m hoping to see Kate Moss wear these. My favorite out of all these styles would have to be the Rose in Sunshine. I am really favoring yellow jeans this season. I think they are a great neutral color if you still haven’t tried the colored trend, but are still hesitant. Especially this pair. They have a vintage feel to them that will make them very versatile. You can see all the styles below.
