Antonio Banderas and his wife Melanie Griffith were seen returning to their car after shopping at Erewhon Market in West Hollywood, California a few days ago.
It’s been a while since we blogged about Antonio. The last time we saw him (back in August 2011), he was wearing these exact PRPS jeans though. PRPS actually seems to be a favourite among many of the male celebrities, I hope we get some more sightings soon!

The paps managed to get a quick snap of Katie Holmes as she hailed a taxi in New York a couple of days ago. She had snuck out of a secret entrance from her home to get into the taxi, but upon realizing the paparazzi were follower her, she went straight back home. I wonder where she was headed that was such a secret?
For Katie’s short trip out, she chose to wear her PRPS boyfriend jeans with heels and a lightweight jacket. This is our second PRPS sighting in less than a week after a long absence of the brand on DenimBlog. I wonder who we might spot in their jeans next?

Dominic Cooper was spotted on the set of his movie Dead Man Down in New York City. He wore a pair of PRPS Barracuda jeans in Enzyme. It’s been a while since we have spotted a pair of PRPS jeans. I always found the washes of their jeans to be really extraordinary. They always have a vintage aesthetic to them that I find to be really amazing.
Another thing that I find really amazing about this look, is his jacket. It is very reminiscent of the Burberry jackets from the Spring 2011 season. All the leather jackets, if not all the outerwear, were the coolest things that walked that season. You can click here to purchase these jeans at SINGER22 for $225.
This is a press day post just for our male readers of DenimBlog! I previewed the new PRPS Autumn/Winter 2012 collection back in May in London and I’m finally able to post the photos as the brand is almost ready to release the pieces for sale.
I didn’t notice much difference between this collection and the usual PRPS seasons as they tend to always keep it classic rather than on trend, but I did notice a few more chinos and some cords along with more black and darker denim rather than a lot of lighter washed jeans. Since this is their colder weather collection though, I’m sure that’s why. They have gone for more of a seasonal approach with these designs. They did have some really nice mid blues though, which you can see in the middle of the top photo, and in true PRPS style, they were heavily coated in rust and dirt.
They had a few denim jackets and shirts which I liked as well as heavy knits and prints in Autumn hues. This whole collection reminded me a lot of a Western inspired theme. That’s the vibe I get from it. Hopefully we will see some of our male celeb PRPS fans like David Beckham and Keanu Reeves sporting a new pair from this season soon! What do you guys think? Have you spotted anything you like?
