Paige Premium Jeans
The always perfect Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was spotted arriving back into Los Angeles after hosting an event in New York. The model wore a pair of the Paige High Rise Bell Canyon in Joannie with an Anthony Vaccarello jacket and Gianvito Rossi boots. She finished her look off with a necklace and bag by Saint Laurent.
This look is just absolute perfection and I love that Rosie chose a pair of flares in one of my favorite washes of all time. The Joannie wash by Paige has to be one of the most perfect washed out black washes that’s out right now. It has the look of a pair of black jeans that you have stuck in the wash many times, but what is better with them is that they have the retention of a new pair of jeans. So there is no fright that they will lose their shape. You should definitely add these to your closet if you haven’t already because they will become an everyday pair like they have with me in the Verdugo cut. You can click here to purchase these jeans from the Paige website for $235.
Harley Viera-Newton smiled for the cameras at the PAIGE Soho Event in Soho, New York. The DJ paired together the Rayleigh Skirt in Black leather with the Guinevere Sweater in Ivory by the label and some Saint Laurent sandals.
Harley always has this ’90s sense to the way she dresses, which I like because it is not in a grunge sense. There’s a modern Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy vibe going on with the way she puts her looks together that always feels smart, but lively. She is definitely someone who always gets it right for me. You can click here to purchase this skirt and sweater both from the Paige website.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley posed alongside Paige Adams-Geller at the PAIGE SoHo Event in Soho, New York. The face of the label wore a pair of their new Verdugo Ultra Skinny in Black Leather with a Saint Laurent blazer and some Manolo sandals.
I have been waiting to see if Paige would release the Verdugos in a leather. I recently got converted to the cut and seeing it in leather just has me starry eyed. It is so timeless in fit and the leather that is used. They are smooth and with an all black sheen that just makes them amazing. I can’t wait to see who else we will be seeing in these. When a gray wash is done right, it is perfection. Which is the case with the new Silvie wash by Paige. There is versatility to them and they are done in a way that enhances a look with how ever you style them. Another great thing about them is that they come in some of their most popular styles for whether you want even more edge with their Edgemonts or classic with their Margot and Verdugo. It is a wash that inspired me to not just style for the women but also show how the men can get away with wearing them as well. See the looks that I came up with below.
We don’t see high-rise jeans in a gray wash out often. The combination of the two have a retro feel to it, but styled with the right pieces, the Margot in Silvie can feel very modern. I paired the jeans with a distressed t shirt from AMIRI. By pairing it with a t shirt with a lived in look, it helps bring it to this decade. Alessandra Ambrosio was kind of my inspiration with this look here, so after the pairing of the shirt and jeans, I went for pieces that she would accessorize with. I chose a fringed bag by Saint Laurent and boots by Toga Pulla to help give the look a boho vibe. Alessandra also is a huge fan of aviators, so to finish it off I went for the classic pair by Ray-ban.
The Verdugo cut is classic and just fits amazing on everyone, so it was a no brainer that these were going to be one of the choices. I just love the feel that band tees give to a look as it just gives this cool vibe without the look of trying. I went for an updated take on the classic Ramones t shirt to layer under a leather jacket by R13. To add a feminine touch I went for a bag by Bottega Veneta and suede pumps by Stuart Weitzman. They are pieces that don’t take away from the cool girl vibe, but just give it a different spin.
I chose the Edgemont to style a look for the guys as most men just stick with a classic jean. I wanted to do something that was out of the ordinary for the usual guy, but in a way that is still easy to wear without straying too far. I decided to go for another band tee here in a similar colorway, as I find the tones to complement each other really well and enhance each other. Especially against the red of the plaid Cheap Monday shirt, it gives the grey even more richness. As tan shoes just go with everything, a pair of the Saint Laurent boots was the first and only choice for this look here along with the Goorin Bros hat. It’s a look with just small details that elevate the everyday just a little bit.
