Here is part two of the Nudie Fall/Winter 2011 Look Book. As you know I have split it into 2 blog posts because there are so many new styles.
This post has more of the jeans styles and washes as well as some denim jackets. I’m really loving the collection! If you hover your mouse over each of the gallery images it will tell you the cut and wash.
Here is part one of the Nudie Fall/Winter 2011 Look Book. I have split it into 2 blog posts because there are so many new styles. This unfortunately is not all of them either so I only selected the best ones in my opinion and the most popular cuts.
As usual they have loads of styles and cuts in some amazing washes. They have of course carried on with the raw denim too. What do you think of the new styles? They also have some nice khakis and great denim jackets. If you hover your mouse over each of the gallery images it will tell you the cut and wash.
Here is some great news about Nudie Jeans. They have just won the Swedish Eco label “Bra Milj├Âval” or “Good Environmental Choice” for all their second hand jeans. Nudie has always been about being eco-friendly with their denim whether it be their eco-line or what they are doing right now with the second hand pairs.
Customers will be able get a discount on new purchases if they leave their old jeans to them. They in turn will remake and repair each pair in a personal way and sell them again, tagged with the new “Good Environmental Choice” label says Karin Stenmar, CSR Manager at Nudie Jeans. I think this is a great idea. One, because you get a great pair of worn in raw jeans and two each pair will have their own unique whiskering. The main reason though is that you are helping out the environment. Nothing will make you feel better than helping.
Nudie will be holding another event at their pop-up shop at Deli Seattle tonight. This time the band Blue Sky Black Death will be the playing music at the event. If you haven’t checked out the pop-up shop yet, I suggest you go. The feel of the shop is unique itself. You can click here to see the it for yourself from my previous post.
