DenimBlog At The Denim Canvas Event

We attended the Denim Canvas Event at The Standard in Hollywood. The event was a showcase of street artists painting live at the location. There were some really great pieces like the lion and the skull with flowers. All the pieces were auctioned off to charity benefiting the Elysium Project.

The event had a great vibe to it. Everyone had an artistic background to them as in style and hobbies. You can see all the pictures from the event below. I also featured one of me below (very rare). Just search for the Boy London hat in the gallery.

Popular New York eatery, Cafeteria, is launching a new dining area, Private Dining Room (PDR). The new dining area will feature luxury amenities, such as private flat screen TV monitors, communal dining tables, optimal for a private or semi-private dining experience.

The restaurant is also revamping their downstairs lounge area, creating an ideal space for cocktail parties and events. One of the most exciting new features of PDR is the waitstaff’s uniforms. !item Denim has collaborated, along with Vans shoes, to create stylish yet classic uniforms, featuring a white button down, suspenders and dark wash slim fit jeans, for both men and women. This is definitely a unique collaboration, but I have the feeling we’ll see a lot more lifestyle and fashion collaborations in the future!
