Hilary Duff was spotted doing some shopping at Fred Segal with son Luca and a friend in Santa Monica, California. She wore a pair of Helmut Lang Suede Leggings in Cobalt Blue with a pair of Rag & Bone Harrow boots. It also looks to be like son Luca is wearing a red chambray onesie himself.
I am happy to see a pair of the leather and/or suede Helmut Lang pants out. I always found the details to be really impressive on them, especially on the embossed pairs. Nicole Richie in Helmut Lang
I love how open Nicole Richie has become lately when it comes to her looks. She was spotted wearing a head-to-toe leather look at the NBC Universal’s Summer Press Day in Pasadena, California. It’s just such a bold move for Nicole to don a full leather look. She wore some Helmut Lang Leather Leggings with a laser cut Winter Kate leather shirt and House of Harlow shoes. I think this look is amazing. The most chic that I can think of when I think of head-to-toe leather.
Everything is perfectly tailored. I also love the detail in the shirt. I never would have thought that Nicole would design something like this. I like that it is not a solid leather tee. Gisele Bundchen in Helmut Lang
Gisele Bundchen was spotted at the Alexander Wang show (which she closed) at Pier 94 in New York City. She wore a pair of Helmut Lang Leather Leggings before switching out into some more leather to walk in the show.
These are another pair of leather pants that I keep staring at over and over. They just look more and more amazing to me each time I see them. There is something about them that I find really cool, but I can’t pinpoint it. There is another Helmut Lang pair that I can’t stop looking at as well, the embossed leather leggings in Cobalt Blue. Helmut Lang Fall/Winter 2012
Thigh-high boots were all over the Helmut Lang Fall/Winter 2012 collection. At first I thought that it was paneled leggings, but quickly realized that they were boots. The detail in the prints were very different than any other show. One of them resembled scraped concrete in red and brown. The other interesting print looked to be tree bark. I think they were very innovative and amazing.
The silhouettes were classic Helmut Lang; slim and sleek. Skin-tight leather leggings tucked into boots, slim jackets, and body-con dresses. I think the look on Jourdan Dunn above is just amazing. Every single detail on it is perfect. It is clean and simple, but nowhere near boring. Plus, all black and leather is involved, so I may be partial. You can see more looks from the collection below.
