Kasia Struss graced the August cover of Vogue Mexico wearing double denim; double Rag & Bone Denim to be exact. That’s not the only look though. To coincide with the cover, she wore a ton of the versatile fabric in an editorial.
I love seeing editorials with full on denim. What I find amazing about this editorial is that it makes me think of old Calvin Klein ads with the grey background and big hair. You can see more of Kasia’s looks featuring denim by Zadig & Voltaire, Artisan De Luxe, Guess, and more below.
Twilight star Ashley Greene graces the cover of the August 2012 Denim Issue of Nylon Magazine. On the cover she is wearing a pair of denim shorts by Element with a Vintage Blazer by Moschino and a T-Shirt and Bandanna by What Goes Around Comes Around. During the 4 page spread within the magazine, Ashley posed in more denim! She wore a shirt and a pair of jeans by Denim & Dupply Ralph Lauren and some shorts from Topshop and Guess. I love the styling for this editorial! I’ve also included some highlights below from the interview.
On her past modeling days:
“I knew I was never going to be a supermodel. I mean, I’m 5’5″—it’s not going to happen unless you’re Kate Moss, which I’m not. And until you hit a certain level in the modeling world, it’s really rough: You’re never tall enough, you’re never thin enough, there’s always another girl. It just wasn’t for me anymore.”
On her instant Twilight stardom:
“Right when I was cast, my IMDb STARmeter [a chart that tracks actors based on how many searches are done on them] went through the roof—all of ours did, and we hadn’t even done anything yet! Now I have to remind myself that not everything is always going to be like that.”
On dating and the paparazzi:
“Imagine going out with a girl one night, then the next day she’s like, ‘We’re hooking up! This is serious! It’s this overload of someone saying, ‘This is what this is, even though we’ve only been on one date and I don’t even know your middle name.’ Everything has a title immediately.”

Here is the third and final part of the new Guess Holiday 2012 Look Books. This one features the Marciano collection for the ladies and it showcases some really classic statement pieces for evening wear. They have a gorgeous print which is available in a flowy dress, shirt and more and they also have some leather skinnies in bronze which you can see above.
Red and black made quite an appearance in the evening dresses collection and it makes them so bold and statement making. They also have some nice blazers and a pair of pale pink skinnies which I think are a refreshing and girly take on dinner/night out wear. What do you think of the new women’s Guess by Marciano Holiday 2012 Look Book?
Here is the second part of the Guess Look Books, this one featuring the new men’s Holiday 2012 collection. I absolutely love the styling of this Look Book! Even more so than the women’s. I get that modern day posh boy feeling when I look at the images. It reminds me a lot of some of the London style that I see around; smart in the sense that everything is fitted and classic pieces are worn like the cardigans and blazers, however it’s kept fun and playful with the neck bows, rolled sleeves and cuffed jeans.
The look above would have to be my favourite, it combines two things I love the most; berry coloured jeans and dip dye/ombre. I would actually love to wear that cardigan myself, it wouldn’t phase me that it’s men’s at all. Aside from loving the styling of this shoot, they have some really nice looking denim as well. There are whiskered mid blues, coloured jeans and classic dark blues. What do you think of the new men’s Holiday 2012 collection from Guess?
