Shakira in Genetic Denim
Shakira was spotted after a pampering session in Barcelona, Spain. She wore her favorite jeans by Genetic Denim, the Shane in Torn. I wonder if Shakira has multiple pairs of these jeans. She has been spotted in these jeans many times. Actually I think these are the only jeans she gets spotted in, at least I’ve only seen her in these.
I think the wash of these jeans is really great. I have these jeans, but they don’t look as great as the pair on Shakira. The fading on mine seem to be a bit more strong and pale. They are also quite big on me now. You can click here to purchase these jeans from the Genetic Denim website for $198.
Kim Kardashian in Genetic Denim
A barefaced Kim Kardashian was seen running errands and then grabbing lunch in Studio City, CA. Over the weekend, Kim met up with her boyfriend Kris Humphries and sister Khloe and Lamar Odem. The couples hit up an All-Star after party at Club Nokia in LA.
Dressed down seemed to be the theme of the day. Kim looked laid back as she tucked her flare jeans into a pair of Ugg boots. She’s wearing Genetic Denim’s Adriane Mid Rise Quilted Bell Jean in Seafoam. I think these jeans are really cute and could have a lot of potential worn with heels or wedges instead of Uggs. Alyson Hannigan was seen out playing with her daughter, Satyana. The two took a walk around their Santa Monica neighborhood. Seeing these photos make me ready for spring and summer! It’s way too cold here!

Paris Hilton is making quite an appearance lately on DenimBlog. This time she was spotted leaving a restaurant in West Hollywood in Los Angeles, California a couple of days ago wearing another denim brand. Paris opted for a pair of skinny jeans with ankle zips from Genetic Denim which I think she looks great in.
I’ve always thought the concept of Genetic Denim is really good, the way they have the DNA stitching on the right of the back pocket and how the women’s jeans have 2 XX’s and the men’s have an XY on theirs.
