G-Star Jeans
Clemence Posey For G-Star
Clemence Poesy and Vincent Gallo were named the newest faces of G-Star Raw. Check out their images from the Spring 2012 ad campaign. G-Star said on working with Clemence, “G-Star is proud to work with the internationally recognized and fast rising French actress as she reflects the characteristic brand DNA: she is a confident, strong and in control woman without compromising her femininity.” I feel like these photos did such a remarkable job of capturing that feel!
Both Clemence and Vincent are modeling G-Star’s Arc jean, which is the second part of the brand’s ongoing 3D denim innovation. Images from the campaign will be in print starting February and released on billboards in April.
Justin Beiber in G-Star and Selena Gomez in Cargos
Spending some quality time together, Justin Beiber and Selena Gomez were seen out grocery shopping in Encino, CA. The two looked playful together as they filled their cart up with groceries and went on their way.
Justin wore a pair of G-Star jeans and a sweatshirt, while Selena showed off her midriff in a crop top and pair of cargo pants. Both Justin and Selena have made changes to their hair recently, Selena added some purple streaks while Justin went a shade darker. What do you think of their looks?
Vanessa Hudgens in G-Star
Vanessa Hudgens looks amazing here. She is one that looks tons better when she is natural (little to no make-up). I also think what she is wearing is great as well. She wore a pair of G-Star shorts with some Dolce & Gabbana wedged boots, a Crash & Burn tee and a Blu Moon Studded Military Jacket. I was wondering when we would see Vanessa in some G-Star. She tends to wear many of the same brands as Zac Efron.
I wonder if Vanessa will be attending her favorite past-time this year, Coachella? The line up is amazing (well day one isn’t the best, only interested in The Black Keys). I cannot wait to go this year! I’m so excited for Dre and Snoop as well as Gotye, Florence + The Machine, and The Weeknd. It is going to be an amazing time. How many of you are going this year? Gwen Stefani in G-Star
Gwen Stefani and husband Gavin Rossdale were spotted with their two sons out at a local park. The family looked to be having a relaxing time and visited the park’s petting zoo.
Gwen wore a pair of G-Star skinny jeans, a plaid shirt under her red leather jacket and Chuck Taylors. We usually don’t see Gwen this casual, but I think she looks great here! G-Star Autumn/Winter 2011 Midnight Collection
Here is a look at the brand new Autumn/Winter 2011 G-Star Correct Line “Midnight Collection” and it’s now available in stores as well as on-line at shop.g-star.com. The annual collection features elegant, tailored evening wear with a distinctive G-Star twist.
Traditional pieces are updated in new silhouettes and modern fabrics offered in a color palette of black and rich blues, which hint at G-Star’s denim DNA. Highlights from the collection include the Double Blazer (left) and the Kalahari Dress (center), which was inspired by a NY RAW runway dress – easily taking you from runway to real life. Denim Event: G-Star Raw Rodeo Drive Store Opening
G-Star held an event for their new store opening on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California. Stars like new Spring 2012 campaign girl, Clemence Poesy, Mark Ronson and even Mischa Barton, all attended. Guests checked out the new store while Mark Ronson DJ’d the event.
The event wasn’t just a store opening, it also hosted as an art exhibition as well to showcase the work of Anton Corbin. All the hand-crafted pieces included denim, by G-Star of course. Also at the event, G-Star held a pop-up show to showcase their denim on models. You can see the artwork, as well as images of the event below.
