Elizabeth and James
Rihanna was spotted arriving at her hotel in London before heading off to the launch party for her new fragrance, Rogue. The singer wore a pair of the Elizabeth and James Lars Leather Overalls with a sweater and anorak.
After wearing many denim styles, it is no surprise to see Rihanna wear some leather overalls. This is one of the overall looks that I quite like because it is a subtle approach to the trend. What do you think of the look? You can click her to purchase these overalls from Shopbop.

Overalls are a style that I am really on the border about. One minute I like them and the next I find them to be very dowdy. It really depends on the way they are styled, and when they are done right, I will be the first to admit that my perspective will change for that moment.
One of the styles that caught my attention this season is the new Lars leather overalls by Elizabeth and James. What makes these different to me than the others was actually not the leather, though it helped, but the details. The lock to be exact. Instead of the usual hook that is incorporated in other styles, both denim and leather, these feature a twist lock, that is very much like ones of a handbag and jewelry, in its place. It is a subtle detail, but it is one that I really appreciate. How many of you are willing to try this style out? You can click here to purchase these overalls at Shopbop.
Moto jeans have made quite the return this season in many new takes. Whether it be simply embellished with zippers from Anine Bing, or full on padded details at the knees from J Brand and Hudson, to the classic moto styles from James Jeans, they have all released their new takes on the season’s top trend. From denim to leather, here are all of our choices.
This review is on the Elizabeth and James Diedrick Leather Pants in Sienna. I have been wanting these ever since I first saw them last Summer and got excited when Elizabeth and James sent them over as a gift. I honestly wanted the black due to its versatility, but I am happy to get these because I am just as in love with them as I am with the black.
The details on these is what I love most about them. It is a classic trouser style with a bit of edge from the motorcycle stitching at the knee, grommets, ankle zips, and of course because it is made of leather. I do find the motorcycle stitching to be a bit uncomfortable at times when I feel it rubbing against my skin, but this is an issue with most motorcycle jeans. There is also a secret detail that I did not expect with these. The back welt pockets have zippers underneath which I find to be really cool because they are hidden.
