Jessica Alba has always been a Denim Diva and now she’s getting a front row seat to the denim industry. Jessica is the new face of DL1961’s spring collection and will also be designing a capsule Fall 2016 collection. The collection, which will feature 8-10 pieces, will be in stores come August.
For an idea of what the collection will hold, Jessica explained some of her inspiration behind it, “My inspiration for most things in life is always the ’90s supermodels: Cindy, Naomi, Claudia. Those bodies! Lately I’ve been getting back into bell-bottoms, but high-waisted and not too flared. The jeans that I’m designing are going to celebrate women’s bodies and show off those curves.”
Jessica also explained that the she was drawn to the brand’s eco-concious mission, “DL1961 is a thoughtful company in the way they go about creating denim, and that angle was important to me as well.”

Katie Holmes was spotted grabbing some coffee in Los Angeles, California. The actress wore a pair of the DL1961 Florence Instasculpt Skinny in Seymour with a white button front and a pair of ankle boots.
These jeans are an amazing fit on Katie and I think she styled them perfectly. We have seen her in different reiterations of this, but she somehow makes it feel new each time. It is such a timeless look that it will never get tiring to see. How many of you readers are fans of her look here? You can click here to purchase these jeans from SHOPBOP.

Fergie was pictured arriving at LAX airport in Los Angeles after being in New York City to attend Avon’s Foundation For Women Voices For Change Awards Gala.
Fergie wore a pair of DL1961 Waxed Emma Leggings in Wick with a 3.1 Phillip Lim Static Bead top and heels. I love these jeans but I honestly can’t imagine that the sweater was very comfortable for the flight? The sleeves are fully covered in metal beads that stick out! I hope she took a first class seat or she might have kept poking the person next to her, ha ha! You can read my review on DL1961 here.
