Here is the brand new Fall 2012 Look Book for Big Star. They were inspired by classic Americana style with a bit of a modern twist.
This season’s collection features coated denim in vibrant hues, prints, and amazingly soft velvet styles as well as their regular blues. I love some of the photos in this Look Book, especially the ones taken during the golden hour with the sun spots. Very pretty!
Gossip Girl star Michelle Trachtenberg was seen leaving a meeting with her agent in LA. Later in the week, she was seen at Coachella.
For her meeting, Michelle wore a pair of Big Star’s Mid-rise skinny jeans in Electric. I love how she styled these with a camel blazer and a printed scarf. These are the same jeans that Katherine Heigl wore last month and they are a great price for colored denim. You can buy them from Bigstarusa.com for $89.
Katherine Heigl and husband, Josh Kelley, were seen grabbing lunch at Umami Burger together. The pair did some shopping after they had lunch and were seen carrying quite a few bags. Katherine has been busy promoting her film, One For The Money, but admitted that she’d love to return to Gray’s Anatomy. I wonder if she’ll make a guest appearance on the show?
I love the light pink color of Katherine’s Big Star jeans. She’s wearing Big Star’s mid-rise skinny jean in desert rose. She paired them with an a+ro sweater and Uggs. I’m not crazy about her boots here and would love to see her wear these with a metallic flat. You can buy Katherine’s jeans online from Bigstarusa.com for $98.
This is the new Spring/Summer 2012 Look Book for Big Star Denim. It features a very Californian vibe with the scenery and the lighting. Those in combination with the styling and new denim pieces from them, makes the Look Book very delicate and light. I’ve always been a fan of shoots like this!
There are lots of shorts and flared denim from this collection, which come in pastel shades as well as classic blues and earthy tones. If I am honest, I wasn’t really ever a fan of the brand, but after seeing these images, I’m definitely more intrigued and wanting to try them now! What do you think of it? Are you a fan of the brand?
