What can be a better way to open the 2010 Emmy Awards than to reunite Jimmy Fallon and Tina Fey? I don’t think there is. They are probably one of the funniest comedy duo I know. I loved it when they were the correspondents Weekend Update.
For the opening Jimmy and Tina, who was wearing a pair of James Hector Boudoir Jeans, were joined by the cast of Glee, John Hamm, Randy Jackson and many more from today’s television. Jimmy was wearing a pair of Levi’s 501 in Aged Perfect during the performance. Did any of you watch the Emmys? I unfortunately missed it. You can watch this segment above. It is pretty funny! Faith Hill performs at the Tide Loads of Hope benefit concert. The concert was in honor and to raise money for the 5th Anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. The Tide Loads of Hope program aims to provide clean clothing to families in disaster areas through their washers which can do up to 300 loads of laundry a day. I think this program is amazing! It really is incredible how different clean clothes can make you feel.
Faith wore a bejeweled Tide tee shirt, which she paired with light wash jeans and platforms. Faith’s jeans are by James Jeans, the Randi high rise pencil cut, in Caspian Blue. These jeans retail for $163 and you can buy them at JamesJeans.com
Ohh…the zoo. One of the best places you can go anywhere in the world. No matter what age you are, I think everyone would still get amazed about what they see and I think that there is no other place to go to one than at one of my dream places to visit, Australia.
Case in point, Nicky Hilton. She was spotted at the Tarongo Zoo in Sydney, Australia earlier this week. For the animal fest she chose to wear her favorite James Jeans Twiggy Leggings in Slate. We have spotted her in these jeans a few times before. Nicky has such great style. I like that she is the complete opposite of Paris. Paris can sometimes look to matchy from head-to-toe. While Nicky is more rugged and urban. Who is your favorite Hilton when it comes to style? You can purchase these jeans at both BoutiqueToYou and Singer22.
This weeks review is on another pair of cargo pants. James Jeans Twiggy cargos in Cappuccino. I think this is my last cargo pant review for a while, I don’t have anymore, haha!
This is the first time I have tried James Jeans and I never knew what to expect. Normally when I am not familiar with a brand, I’m either really pleasantly suprised or not that bothered. These James Jeans cargos are not my favourite pair but I do like them. They are very very soft and incredibly stretchy like legging material. They are a very simple pair with only 2 pockets on the side of the knees and no zips or anything like that.
I do really like the simplicity of these cargos, I think it’s nice as you can then wear a more printed top or bolder shoes without having too much going on. The colour is also a nice muddy and dark brown, a lot different to the normal greens. Since I have never tried James Jeans before, I can’t comment how they run but I took my regular size that I take in most brands.
Since these cargo pants are so simple there isn’t much I can say about them except they are very cute and easily wearable. The softness and stretchiness really makes them comfortable and they are great if you want a pair of cargo pants that are not to in your face or if you are looking to jump on the trend but trying to keep it as casual as possible. Buy these cargo pants at James Jeans for $172.
