A couple of weeks ago at the Levi’s Haus in Los Angeles, the brand celebrated the Levi’s partnership with will.i.am and Coca Cola. For this partnership, Levi’s created a limited edition 501 jean for EKOCYCLE, a social movement founded by legendary musician and producer will.i.am and Coca-Cola. The limited edition 501 jean is made of post-consumer waste (8 plastic bottles to be exact).
The jeans are available on Levis.com as well as in select Levi’s stores and they retail for $128! The idea behind all of this is to show the everyday recycling choices made by Levi’s and to change the way consumers think about and treat waste. I think it’s a really cool idea and I’m always a big fan of will.i.am, so I’m glad he’s behind it! You can check out the images in the gallery below.
Levi’s is celebrating 140 years of a cultural icon – The Levi’s 501! It’s amazing to think that the classic 501 cut, which is still popular today, was first brought onto the scene back in 1873! For this little celebratory campaign (titled Happy Birthday, Mr. Blue Jean), Levi’s has put together some quotes from designers, even a timeline of the 501′s evolution and a cool video which you can watch above.
Eddie Murphy and his girlfriend, Paige Butcher, stepped out for some coffee last week at the Coffee Bean in Los Angeles, California.
Paige wore a double denim outfit which consisted of a really pretty ombre denim shirt and some dark blue skinny jeans. I love this combination! I can’t say I am a fan of Eddie’s style though! Buy denim shirts and skinny jeans online at Shopbop.com.

Nicki Minaj posed for photos at the ‘American Idol’ Finale Results Show live at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, California.
Nicki wore a pair of Rag & Bone The Skinny Jeans in White with a black leather jacket and furry boots. I think these fit her really well, apart from the knee area which is a little baggy, but everywhere else they look great! Buy these jeans online at Shopbop.com.
