Henri Lloyd Jeans Company Launches HL Music Event

For those of you who don’t know who Henri Lloyd jeans are, here is some background: Innovation, Creativity and Pioneering, have all been words used to describe Henri Lloyd over the past 50 years, from Henri Lloyd being the first brand to incorporate Velcro into clothing, the development of Bri-Nylon technology as well as creating the first integrated safety harness into marine clothing. As time moved on Henri Lloyd began to develop its lifestyle clothing range, which in the 1980’s saw the über cool Milanese scooter society the “Paninari” adopt the Henri-Lloyd Consort jacket as part of their uniform. In 2007 Henri Lloyd launched the youth men’s wear label HL Jeans Co, which is now sold internationally.

2011 now sees Henri Lloyd and its younger brother HL Jeans Co join forces to launch HL Music, in association with PRS for music. Since the birth of HL Jeans Co the label has been immersed within the creative and music industry, working with artists such as the View, Two Door Cinema Club, Delphic, 1913 and this year HL Jeans Co headline sponsored the music festival Hungry Pigeon.

Katie Holmes in MiH

Enjoying her time in Vancouver, Canada, Katie Holmes was spotted out with her daughter Suri and step daughter Isabella wearing her MiH jeans. Tom Cruise’s lovely ladies stopped by a coffee shop for some warm drinks and treats before heading to Holt Renfrew for some shopping. Suri’s hair is sure getting long now, isn’t it? She’s so cute!

I was so excited about seeing Katie in History Channel’s “The Kennedys” and now they aren’t going to air it! But “The Kennedys” has found a home on the ReelzChannel, a cable station owned by Hubbard Communications. Rumors are that the ReelzChannel will begin airing the miniseries on April 3. Audrina Patridge’s Bongo Campaign Pictures

Audrina Patridge rocked this spring’s Bongo ad campaign! Audrina’s body is INSANE and she is unbelievably sexy. I threw in the pics of her in that black bikini just to prove that point ha ha. Her hair reminds me of when Carrie in Sex and the City does that model thing and they say to her “BIG hair.”

And what did Audrina have to say about Bongo? Audrina says “I am thrilled for my second season as the Bongo girl! It has been a wonderful partnership and I really love the product. I wear the jeans and tops constantly and can’t wait for spring to wear the bikinis on the beach and all of the new dresses, shorts and sandals.” Bongo jeans are exclusively sold in Sears and KMART.

Minka Kelly in James Jeans

Minka Kelly wore a pair of James Jeans “Twiggy” leggings in Black Clean while promoting her movie “The Roommate” at the Apple Store in SoHo and later at a Nylon Magazine party. I find it interesting that she paired her all black ensemble with a navy blue scarf, is that what that is? Most people wear all black or at least if they add some color it’s a contrast to the black. You barely notice the navy in her outfit.

Minka is the only child of former Aerosmith guitarist Rick Dufay and Maureen Kelly, who was an exotic dancer and single mother. In 2010, Minka was named “Sexiest Woman Alive” in the annual Esquire magazine feature. Did you know that Minka dated musician John Mayer from September 2007 to January 2008?
