Gwyneth Paltrow was caught at Heathrow Airport to catch a flight out. She wore a pair of Rag & Bone skinny jeans. I think Gwyneth has some great style. I love these jeans on her. I think ankle jeans just give such a cool vibe to any look when you wear them.
I even like the look of the awkward height of her loafers. I think they add a punk/goth feel to the outfit instead of a preppy feel. I think if she opted for a regular loafer this look would have looked ‘school teacher’ to me. So I am happy that she did not. You can click here to purchase Rag & Bone jeans from ShopBop.
Jessica Alba was caught going to get some breakfast with her family in West Hollywood, California. Jessica wore a pair of the 7 For All Mankind Gummy Leggings in Grey. We haven’t seen any celebrities in these jeans in a while. I’ve always thought, and still do think, they are one of the best denim leggings that I have seen. The washes are just great.
I just love gray denim. The wash has just really grown on me. Before I used to think that they were very difficult to wear, but found them to actually be very versatile. My favorites would still have to be my Paige Frictions and Siwy in One Love. They are just the two best grays that I own and go with everything. You can click here to purchase these jeans from the 7ForAllMankind website for $169.
Blake Lively was caught at the Renaissance Hotel and Madame Tussauds’ “Dare to Check-In” Halloween suite in New York. She was bitten by the Rag & Bone bug and chose a pair of the Zipper Jeans over their famous colored pairs. This is the first time we have spotted anyone in these jeans. I think they are a cool style. I like the seaming across the leg.
I am liking the curls on Blake. It is such a nice change from the usual bedhead that we usually see her with. Much more seductive, I think. You can click here to purchase these jeans from the Rag & Bone website for $198.
Here is a look at the new Stella McCartney Spring 2012 collection. Stella showed what she did best, clothing for women. Every season she just knows how to make the clothing fit the women’s body. Whether it be to hide it or enhance it. The clothing just fits.
For this season she was inspired by athleticism. Which is just a natural progression being that she will be designing the uniforms for London at the 2012 Olympic games. She also showed a trend that slowly creeps up the fashion radar, pajamas. I love to wear the pieces separately, but I don’t think that anyone can wear a full pajama out. The shirts with jeans will look amazing together and the pants with a tee and blazer would be heaven. You can click the images below to see some of the looks.
