Adrien Brody was spotted at Milan Design Week in Milan, Italy. He wore a head-to-toe look by Diesel Black Gold. I think this is a really great look. I love the way everything fits him and how it is layered.
Adrian is actually quite a force in the fashion world. He has been on numerous best dressed lists and has even walked the men’s Prada show in the past season. Looking at this picture, I don’t see why he would not be. You can click here to purchase Diesel Black Gold from their website.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was spotted in yet another great pair of jeans when she was caught at the Coldplay concert in Hollywood, California. She wore a pair of Sanctuary The Charmer Jeans in Rhubarb with some Alaia boots, an Isabel Marant belt and leather jacket.
I never would have thought purple and red would look great together, but of course it is Rosie that changes my mind. These jeans are also AMAZING on her. The fit is just spectacular. I love this wash. They do look a lot redder here on Rosie than they do in the product photo though, but they are still amazing. The faded color is really nice on them. You can click here to purchase these jeans at Piperlime for $147.
Check out the new Fall 2012 collection by Textile Elizabeth and James, modeled by Bambi Northwood-Blyth. This is a brand that just keeps getting better and better each season. This season featured new prints and unique detailing. There are zippers, stripes, waxing, camo, tears, and slits.
I cannot say how happy I was when I saw this collection. I am obsessed with both the pin-striped pairs and the Cooper fit (exposed fly-zipper). I have been waiting forever for someone to come out with styles like these. So when I saw them I was instantly elated.
There is also some great news about this collection…it will be available this month. There’s no waiting months to snatch up the pieces! I cannot wait to get the striped pairs and the white “BAAANG!” shirt (if I can figure out the sizing). You can see the collection below.
Model Caroline Trentini did one of the boldest moves and wore denim to the Met Gala in New York. She wore a custom dress designed by Olivier Theyskens (pictured). This was one of my favorite looks of the night, not necessarily because it is denim, but because of the cut. When they first showed her I thought the cut was amazing on her. Then they zoomed in and I started asking myself if it was denim. Then Olivier himself confirmed in the interview that it was.
I just think that it is amazing. I never would have thought I would see a denim ball gown look chic. I think Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake ruined any thought of black tie attire made of denim for everyone, but Olivier has definitely changed, at least, my mind with this look.
