Alison Mosshart walked the black carpet at the launch of the new KARL by Karl Lagerfeld collection in London, England. She wore a pair of Rag & Bone Leggings in Midnight. I love seeing when celebrities’ jeans start to show some wear. You can tell that Alison has worn these quite a few times before this sighting.
Alison probably has one of the styles that I admire a lot. I do wish that she would tame her hair a bit, but the disheveled course texture works for her. Her jeans are one that I am always a fan of. They are always well fitting and always have an amazing fade to them. She has some of the greatest legs in the business. You can click here to purchase these jeans at SINGER22 for $165.
Joel Madden was spotted leaving the Andy Lecompte Salon after getting his hair color touched up in Los Angeles, California. He wore a double denim look for the appointment. Joel chose to pair together a Nudie Denim Vest (which I think is their Terry Jacket in Coated Black that has the sleeves cut off) with a pair of Hysteric Glamour Cowboy jeans.
It’s been a while since we got a sighting of Hysteric Glamour jeans and it is well overdue. I think their washes are pretty amazing. I also like the details like the studs at the rim of the pocket. You can click here to purchase Nudie at SSENSE.

Jennie Garth was spotted out and about after having some lunch in New York City. She wore a pair of J Brand 901 Leggings in Snow Leopard. I’m surprised we haven’t seen more celebrities out in these when the leopard trend hit big. I guess since they took the crown for the skinny cargo with the Houlihans, their leopards took a back seat to the Current/Elliott’s.
Jennie was also carrying around some Coco Libre Coconut Water. That has to be the best coconut water I have tasted from the many that I have tried. You can click here to purchase J Brand Jeans from their website.
We got asked to style the new Citizens of Humanity Rocket Leatherette Jeans in Vamp Red. I got really excited when I saw that these were the jeans chosen. Since I first saw them, I thought they were really extraordinary. For the styling, I was caught in between making a full-on head-to-toe red look or to color block. I decided to go semi full-on red so looking at the post won’t be too harsh on the eyes.
I paired the jeans with a Blue Life Boardwalk Best Bum Tee in Scarlet Fever, an Elizabeth and James Plaid Wrapped Boyfriend Shirt, some Jeffrey Campbell Taro Fringe Boots, and a Vanessa Mooney Cage Cuff. I would say the best way to wear this look is to tie the plaid shirt around the waist. That will help break up the red on red a bit, but wearing it as a shirt works just as well. Wearing it this way will also help dress down the look of the boots as well. I chose the boots just to add a bit more of a boho flair, but one that does not drab the look like a shorter heel can. The cuff was chosen because I think red and gold tones work really well together and I thought this one was a perfect fit.
