Jaime King posed for some photos at the Lucky Brand Celebration Of California Culture And Style in Malibu, California back in September. She wore a pair of pants that I have been waiting quite some time to see on someone, the J Brand RTW Aggy Leather Pants. I wish there were photos of Jaime from the back to show off the zippers.
At first I was a bit unsure about these, but the style has really grown on me the more I have been looking at them the past couple of months… yes months. They have really become more unisex and versatile than I initially thought. I have thought of quite a few ways I will be able to work these into my wardrobe. You can click here to purchase these pants from the J Brand website for $1525.
Mandy Moore was one of the many celebrities that attended the opening of the Los Angeles Rag & Bone Flagship store. This makes for a rare sighting for Mandy because she is not in Current/Elliott. She actually wore a head to toe Rag & Bone look that consisted of the Rag & Bone Smoking Jacket, T shirt, Harrow boots and their Skinny Leather Pants in Wine.
Mandy is wearing two pieces that I have been waiting to see out on someone, their Leather Pants in Wine and the Smoking Jacket. I find them to be just amazing because of their colors. Rag & Bone has done such an amazing job with their colored leather this season. Along with these, they also have a pair of Forest Green Suede pants that are just lovely. I hope to see someone out in those soon. You can click here to purchase these pants at SINGER22 for $880.
Current/Elliott have released two new styles this season that will surely make people stop you and ask who they are by. There is the new Ankle Skinny in Desert Python and the Ankle Skinny in Sparrow with Studs. Both are very unique and eye catching.
What I find amazing about their Desert Python wash is the mash up between the tan and pink. From a distance, it is almost as if they mixed the floral print along with the python. Then there is the Sparrow with studs. These are sure to be the talk of the night. It has studs in a diamond pattern at the front of the jeans. Even with the studs, I find these to be very versatile as you can wear them cuffed with sandals and a white t shirt and you’ll look perfect for a casual day out. You can click here for the Desert Python and here to purchase the Sparrow with Studs, both from Bloomingdales.
Here is the full look book for the Margiela x H&M collection. There are a few denim pieces along with some amazing clothing. All of the pieces are unique and artsy, yet there is still some arability to them. I can see a few people wearing the denim jacket and jeans above. The leg of the jean itself is the inverted side of the denim, while the inseam and fly is the top side.
I actually do quite like this collection. The outerwear is just to die for. I am sure those will be a popular sell as well as the dresses. If I had to choose which piece I would love to own, it would be the jacket from image 22. That is a jacket that will surely get worn this season. You can see the full look book below.
